Try to differentiate >>Haemoglobinuria (as a result of intravascular haemolysis) Pallor + jaundice will be noted >>Myoglobinuria (as a result of muscle breakdrown) May complaint muscleaches and pain Then, search underlying causes of Haemoglobinuria or Myoglobinuria.
