One of the coolest things I revisit every few months is FPGAs. It’s software defined hardware. Instead of running a program like a normal CPU, you upload code to an FPGA and its physical micro-circuits literally rearrange themselves on the fly to become an entirely new chip. And I am in awe every single time I read an article about it, and I feel like it’s one of the key ingredients to Skynet 🤣
