Why #HEI?

Last month the Heima team submitted a proposal to burn 16.5 million tokens, the community approved it. According to the official July 7th update, the burn will execute automatically at block #10,184,559 and nobody seemed to notice, but this falls around July 17th. The supply reduction is real. This could be the narrative for a manipulative move. Over 16% of supply getting burned in a single event. Looking at the details there's no upcoming unlock pressure adding new supply either. (82+16=98%) But the real critical point is holder distribution. According to Arkham data: The top 1 holder is a Binance wallet controlling approximately 82% of supply. (Binance played the lead role in the NFP manipulation too) Top 10 holders control 92% of total supply. Total holder count is only around 1,100. A concentration this extreme combined with low liquidity makes it very easy to move the price in any direction. NFP had a similar exchange dominance and concentration; a news catalyst triggered sharp and sudden moves. The burn announcement creates exactly the kind of narrative that fits this setup. My expectation is classic whale moves right before or immediately after the burn. Watching the order book and volume will be critical here.
