Maui's Meds

My herb and medicinal garden is starting to take off. On the right is globe and regular basil. To the left of it tulsi is popping up, red Rubin basil is sprouting. Oregano in the center is growing well. Around the oregano borage is getting its first set of real leaves, the thyme is doing well with more sprouts around the main plant. In front of the parsley, lemon balm is getting ready ts first real leaves. On the window seal the lemon grass is doing well. Still waiting for the yarrow and sage to pop up.

Be around got cooking to do! Making fillet mignon, sirloin, hamburger patties, butternut squash, steak sauce and who knows what else😂 Have a beautiful day!

My garden this year! Pickling cucumber's, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, German Queens tomatoes. ( the little German queen is for dad) I have already picked strawberries and they are delicious , Mazikeen approved, lol Maui

I was doing some research on how to keep wasps and Japanese hornets from away from my deck. The research said to plant mint around the house and put where you don’t want those critters to be. So yesterday I bought six organic mint plants and placed them around my deck, 3 on the front deck 1 in the back, the other 2 are for dad🥰 Not one wasp was anywhere to be found, Japanese hornet flew right on by! They hate the smell of mint! It actually worked! Maui
