Used to describe someone who has been working very hard for a long time and is now drained (drained means out of energy). تستخدم لوصف شخص كان يعمل بجد لفترة طويلة وهو الآن (استنزفت طاقته). بالعراقي تعبان كُلش طاقته مصفره😵‍💫 For example : During exam week, students are often running on fumes from studying late into the night. وهذا المثال ينطبق علينا وبشدة😁

أفعال مركبة phrasal verbs⤵️ Get on means to board or enter a vehicle, such as a bus, train, or plane. It can also mean to begin or start something, like getting on with a task or project. بأختصار نستخدمه للتعبير عن الصعود أو الدخول لمركبة أو وسيلة نقل مثلا حافلة، قطار، أو طائرة.... الخ وايضًا ممكن يعني بدء مهمة أو مشروع e.g. -Please hurry up and get on the bus before it leaves. -Let's get on with our work so we can finish before the deadline. Get off means to disembark or exit from a vehicle, like getting off a bus or a train. It can also mean to stop doing something. هذا الفعل هو على العكس الفعل أعلاه يعني النزول من المركبة أو الخروج منها، مثل النزول من الحافلة أو القطار ويمكن أن يعني التوقف عن فعل شيء e.g. - I need to get off at the next stop to meet my friend. - It's time for you to get off the computer and do your homework. هذا المثال يتضمن الفعلين⤵️ When the bus stopped, Sarah got on, and at the next stop, she got off to meet her friend.
