Please be assured that we take such incidents very seriously and we are actively strengthening our network with additional backup connections to prevent similar situations in the future. The necessary approvals for this backup route have been obtained recently, and it will be fully operational before the end of the year to ensure even greater service stability.

the problem has been solved. We sincerely apologize for all problems and outages today.
Please know that we take this incident seriously. We do understand that the reliability of your services is crucial for you to smoothly operate your business. For that reason, we are realizing a dark fiber to Düsseldorf to have a backup in such situations.
Unfortunatley, the permission for this backup line has been pending for three years before it was approved two days ago, so we could not mitigate the loss of the AMS-Fiber. This will change when the dark fiber is available until the end of the year.
We do again sincerely apologize for this incident. If you should experience any more problems with your connection, or if you have suggestions about what we can improve for the future, please let us know.

We’ve implemented a new system to better manage inactive accounts:
✅ Accounts will be automatically suspended if all the following apply:
• No credit available.
• No resellers under the account.
• No login activity on the panel for over 1 month.
🔄 If credit is added by a higher-level reseller, the account will be reactivated automatically.
🗑️ Important: If the account remains suspended for another month without any credit added, it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
This update is part of our ongoing effort to improve performance and maintain a clean, efficient system.
