AMA & Project Updates Recap 👩‍🚀 🛍 We’ll launch an intermediary marketplace on June 10th with around 50 products ready for sale. This marketplace will help us test marketing strategies and generate initial revenue. While this is not the final product, it’s a significant step forward to keep the community engaged and show progress. 📱 We’re working on releasing a new app on September 8th that will combine all our features into one seamless experience. This new app will significantly enhance user experience with top-notch quality and functionality. 📈 Our marketing strategy is two-fold: utility marketing and crypto marketing. Utility marketing includes digital ads, influencer partnerships, and strategic collaborations. For crypto marketing, we have influential supporters who will amplify our efforts once we start delivering results. 💡 We’re putting institutional financing on hold until we release our new build and show real revenue figures. Once we prove our potential, we’ll seek institutional funding and strategic investors. 🏆 We’re transitioning to a points-based reward system that can still be converted to Amino tokens. This shift will simplify management and resonate more with non-crypto users, while still offering crypto conversion options. 🏈 Our partnership with the 49ers remains strong, and they support our shift away from crypto-centric marketing. (done at current value of AMO on ETH) Here are the steps to complete and move forward onto shop release and next phase of the project: 1. Refund BNB to those with over $2 worth of AMO on BNB in their wallets - DONE! 2. Send BNB to those with current pending withdrawals over $2 at current AMO on ETH price - IN PROGRESS 3. Return AMO points to user accounts with less than $2 in AMO. We've successfully completed refunds for all wAMO holders who were affected by the recent exploit on the BNB Chain. 🧬 Our next step is distributing BNB to all holders with pending withdrawals over $2. Once this process is finalized, we'll focus on resolving any remaining pending withdrawal orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process. Dear Amino Family! 🧬 We regret the recent period of silence as we worked diligently to address the situation concerning our wAMO holders on the BNB chain and MOVE app users. As some of you may be aware from our Telegram announcements, our Pancakeswap liquidity pool for wrapped Amino on BNB was compromised due to an unforeseen hack targeting one of our developers’ wallets (with no issues related to our code). The total loss amounted to approximately $50k USD, but we’re pleased to inform you that the development company responsible for the BNB contracts and bridge has promptly reimbursed us. 💼💰 In light of this incident, we have decided to discontinue wAMO on the BNB chain. Our project was never intended to be a mining app, and we’ve been seeking to move away from the airdrop culture. Instead of reinstating liquidity to wAMO, we will be distributing BNB directly to affected users. Here’s what you need to know: 1. DO NOT CLICK ANY CLAIM LINKS - THE DROP WILL BE DONE AUTOMATICALLY THROUGH AIRDROP. 🚫🔗 2. All wAMO holders with at least $2 worth of tokens pre-exploit will receive automatic BNB airdrops to their wallets, equivalent to the current value of $AMO on ERC-20. 3. wAMO holders with less than $2 worth of tokens pre-exploit will only receive BNB airdrops if they acquired their tokens on Pancakeswap. 4. Users who withdrew less than $2 worth of wAMO from the Amino Move app can contact support to have their points reinstated in their accounts. 5. All ongoing AMO withdrawal requests will be refunded back to users’ accounts. Looking ahead, we are implementing a more robust system for redeeming points. Our aim is to encourage Amino members to redeem their points directly for gift cards and products in the new Amino Rewards Marketplace. Crypto enthusiasts can still withdraw and convert their Amino points to $AMO tokens on ERC-20, but we will be implementing higher minimum withdrawal amounts. 💳💻 We sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. While we recognize that our decisions may not satisfy everyone, please rest assured that we always prioritize the best interests of our true holders and the future of our company. Amino Move Announcement 👩‍🚀 We’re updating the Amino Move reward system and shifting exclusively to the Ethereum blockchain. As part of this transition, current withdrawals from the Amino Move app will be converted to BNB and transferred directly to your wallet. Moving forward, $AMO tokens in Amino Move will be converted into points with a set value for future transactions within the app or for conversion to ETH. $wAMO holders before the BNB Chain exploit will be refunded once we finish the calculations. Please refrain from interacting with your $wAMO tokens. ⚠️ Thank you for your support as we make these necessary adjustments. 🧬

Unfortunately, our BNB contract was exploited and a hacker found a way to mint tokens. The good news is, they cannot transfer these tokens to ETH and the damage has already been done when he sold the tokens on BNB. Only ~$50k was sold on the BNB side which drained the pool. We have taken an extra precaution by shutting down the bridge. Please do not buy or sell WAMO on BNB. After we identify what happened, we will deploy a new WAMO contract and airdrop everyone the tokens they had pre-exploit. We will ofcouse replenish the liquidity pool in full as well to restore everything exactly as it was. It is unfortunate this happened but we count ourselves lucky the damage was minimal and it will lead to better protections in place in the future. Please be patient as we sort everything out over the next few days. This will also delay the pending withdrawal requests from the Amino Move app. Trading $AMO on ETH is unaffected and can continue as normal.

Final early claim phase for $AMO seed contributors to claim the remainder of their tokens now, with a 15% penalty. If accepted, the penalty tokens will be sent to a burn wallet. Seed contributors must opt-in by March 15th. 🧬 All $AMO tokens received from the penalty will be burned. 🔥 Just log into your Magna Dashboard (http://magna.so) and you should see the option beside the claim button.
