I haven't been doing well at all; many self harm relapses, and I think 3 attempts or so..
All failed as you see, and I'm still here, I don't know what to do and I'm very lost, I think that, like I said, the fact that I don't have any free time due to school and I'm feeling this stressed has made things a lot worse.
I'm very sorry that my mental health is like this, and I wish I had a normal brain so I could give y'all the content you deserve from me, because sometimes I feel like I don't deserve y'all. You guys are one of the reasons why I'm still here
