Purpose of Job
Install, adjust, maintain, repair and provide technical support for Medical and Laboratory equipment.
Job Descriptions
• Install, adjust, maintain, repair or provide technical support for equipment.
• Demonstrate and explain correct operation of equipment to medical personnel.
• Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.
• Completing Preventive Maintenance and Field Modification.
• Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.
• Building high levels of trust, rapport, and credibility with each person related to work.
• Effectively communicate with customers so that they are completely satisfied.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Biomedical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of field service experience in healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medical and Laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of Computer Networking.
• Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical system.
• Installation and Troubleshooting skills.
• Good Microsoft office skills.
• Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.
• Good English 4 skills.
• Good Customer Relationship Management and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge sharing, team work and reporting system.
• Able to travel for requirement.
