What if “HOME” for Howard Hughes was also Venus? Is Tesla<>Howard Hughes… different timelines??

The Integratron was finished in the 1950s. In Back To The Future I, “Marty” was stuck in the 1950s. He was trying to return “home” to the year 1985. There was no DeLorean in the 1950s, so Marty and Doc used the electrical power from the lightening strike that hit the clock tower…to create enough power to propel him forward in time. What if the Integratron was built…AND funded by Howard Hughes…in order to propel Howard Hughes back “home” to his original timeline?
