Visiting black belt Donald A. ends his weekend of coaching with us, by cleaning the mats. He insisted we allow him to do it. Thank you for a great week/weekend of training!

Circle of Honor: the pinnacle of our training week. We were led tonight by guest black belt Donald, visiting us from White House Jiu-Jitsu in St. Cloud, Florida.

Paul was instrumental in my return to Jiu-Jitsu, and leveling up to purple earlier this year. One of those nights. If I lost everything I owned and every dollar I have this instant….I’d still wake up and do Jiu-Jitsu tomorrow…and I’d still be smiling when I came off the mats.
