Please note: Generating new Monnify accounts is not compulsory. Do so only if your old account stops working as only sterling bank will be affected. Other banks like (Moniepoint, Wema, Fidelity and GT bank) will continue working. Furthermore, after generating new accounts please do not send money to your old monnify accounts anymore. Inter bank transfers is generally down. This has affected AUTO-WALLET FUNDING (MONNIFY) transfers as inter bank funds transferred is not been credited. Transfer only from WEMA to WEMA, Moniepoint to Moniepoint, Sterling to Sterling, etc. for now.

Good morning all, Following the recent changes circulated by Monnify on Sterling bank account number change for some users. Here’s what you will do on Easyaccess. New Update! If your Easyaccess Auto-funding Accounts are not working anymore. Especially (Sterling Bank Accounts) Kindly click on “Fund Wallet” on your dashboard and choose “Bank Deposit- Auto Wallet Funding”. On that same page displayed scroll down below and click on “Generate New Accounts” to Generate New Unique Accounts. Use those new accounts for transactions afterwards. Note that you can only generate new accounts twice only. Thank you.
