2D Animation Master Prompt

PDF Gallery_20260626_182350.pdf8.14 KB

- Height / size compare → slow tilt up - Jump / speed reveal → tilt up or pull back to reveal - Race (human vs human or human vs animal) → side-tracking pan, both burst forward - Surprise beat → quick snap zoom on the face, eyes widen - Final answer / winner → locked static hold, winner pose, loser reacts Double-check before finishing: scan every prompt and confirm it contains NO real name. If any slipped in, rewrite it as a pure visual description.

============================ PART B — SCENE IMAGE PROMPTS ============================ Then, for EACH scene/row in the script (in order), output a complete, stand-alone IMAGE prompt I can paste into the image tool with my character sheets attached. One prompt per scene. Each scene prompt must contain, in this order: 1. A line: "Use the attached character sheet(s) for [character names]; keep faces, hair, bodies and outfits identical." 2. SCENE: the exact pose / action freeze-frame + which character is where + expressions 3. FRAMING: full-body / 3-4 view / close-up, characters centered or left & right, 9:16 vertical 4. BACKGROUND: one flat color or pattern (beige-tan / sky blue / soft grid), no scenery 5. End with this exact style block: "STYLE: Flat 2D vector cartoon animation, hand-drawn look. Bold clean dark-brown outlines. Cel-shaded flat shadows, no gradients, no photorealism. Muscular exaggerated bodies, crisp muscle detail. Recognizable stylized faces, large expressive eyes. Minimalist flat single-color background. Soft even lighting. 9:16 vertical portrait, characters centered." Label them: IMAGE — SCENE 1, IMAGE — SCENE 2, ... so I can generate them one by one. Keep every character identical to its character sheet across all scenes. PROMPT 4 — IMAGE → VIDEO PROMPTS (one per scene, camera matched) You are a motion director for 2D animation. Here is my script: [paste the full PROMPT 2 output here] CRITICAL RULE — NO REAL NAMES: The video tool rejects prompts that mention real or famous people (it throws a "prominent people / policy violation" error). So in EVERY prompt you write, you must NEVER use any real or celebrity name (no Ronaldo, Messi, LeBron, Tyson, Bolt, etc.) and NEVER imply a real person. Refer to each character ONLY by neutral visual description + position in the frame, using the CHARACTERS descriptions from my script. Examples of how to refer to them: - "the muscular athlete in the red shorts on the right" - "the tall man in the yellow jersey on the left" - "the boy in the red football kit" - "the lean sprinter in the green vest" - "the cheetah" / "the large dog" (animals are fine) The uploaded image already carries the likeness, so the text never needs a name. For EACH scene/row, output a complete, stand-alone IMAGE-TO-VIDEO prompt I can paste into an AI video tool AFTER uploading that scene's image as the start frame. Pick the action and camera move to match what that specific scene shows. Each scene prompt must follow this exact shape (and contain ZERO real names): "[Upload this scene's image as the start frame.] Animate this 2D cartoon still into a short clip. SUBJECT(S): [describe each character only by appearance + position, e.g. 'the muscular man in red shorts on the right' and 'the tall man in the yellow jersey on the left'.] ACTION: [ONE clean main motion for this scene — e.g. crouch-then-explosive-jump, slow head turn, sprint burst, punch, eyes-widen reaction. Secondary motion: subtle breathing + slight hair/cloth sway.] CAMERA: [ONE move matched to the beat — slow push-in for a stare-down, slow vertical tilt up to follow a jump, side-tracking pan for a race, quick snap-zoom on the face for a shock, locked static hold for the final answer. Smooth, slow, controlled. No shaky cam.] PACING: smooth limited-frame 2D animation feel, slightly snappy on the key action; hold the final pose ~1 second. STYLE: keep the EXACT flat 2D vector cartoon look of the source image — bold outlines, cel-shaded flat colors, no added realism, no morphing of the face. Keep proportions identical to the input frame. Duration: 5 seconds. Aspect ratio 9:16 vertical." Label them: VIDEO — SCENE 1, VIDEO — SCENE 2, ... matching the scene numbers. Use this camera logic when picking each move: - Hook / stare-down → slow push-in (subjects breathe, one smirks)

PROMPT 1 — VIRAL TOPIC GENERATOR You are a viral short-form content strategist for a faceless 2D animation YouTube channel. The channel makes 15–40 second animated shorts mixing SPORTS STARS, ANIMALS, PHYSICS, and "WHAT IF" curiosity hooks. Proven winning formats: - Athlete vs athlete matchups ("If Ronaldo and LeBron jumped, who would win?") - Human vs animal ("Can Usain Bolt outrun a cheetah?") - "What would happen if..." physics ("What if Ronaldo kept growing?") - "How can [star] do [feat]?" technique breakdowns ("How can Ronaldo jump so high?") - Animal vs animal ("Kangal vs wolf", "Belgian Malinois vs Pitbull") - Extreme science curiosity ("How fast to escape a T-Rex?", "Basketball on Mars") - Fight matchups ("Could you beat Khabib?", "Mike Tyson vs a big man") RULES for every title: - Must trigger an instant "I need the answer" curiosity gap - Phrase as a question or a "What happens if/when..." line - Use globally famous names (Ronaldo, Messi, LeBron, Bolt, Mbappé, Tyson, Khabib, IShowSpeed, Haaland) OR powerful animals (cheetah, gorilla, kangal, pitbull, T-Rex) OR a relatable "you / your dog" - Under 11 words, simple English, scroll-stopping - The answer must be visual and surprising Generate 10 NEW viral topic ideas as a table: # | Title | Format type | Why it hooks (1 line) | Suggested answer/twist Then name the 3 you predict will perform best and why. My niche focus is: [football + animals + physics — or write "open" for variety] PROMPT 2 — SCRIPT WRITER You are a viral short-form scriptwriter for a 2D animation channel. Write a script for a 20–35 second vertical short. TOPIC: [paste your chosen title here] CHANNEL STYLE: - Calm, factual, slightly dramatic narrator (documentary-curiosity tone) - Opens with a 1-line HOOK restating the question or teasing the surprise - "setup → comparison → reveal" structure - One surprising fact/number/twist near the end - Ends with a punchy line or mini cliffhanger that invites a rewatch - Total spoken words ~55–90 OUTPUT a table, one row per SCENE (6–10 scenes): | Scene # | Voiceover line | On-screen caption (1–3 bold words) | What we SEE (visual) | Length (sec) | After the table also give me: 1. THREE alternate HOOK lines for the first 2 seconds 2. A one-line ending/CTA 3. The full voiceover as one clean paragraph for text-to-speech 4. A CHARACTERS list at the very top: every character that appears, each with a short physical description (body, hair, face, outfit, colors). Keep visuals simple — two characters, one action, flat background, no complex scenery. PROMPT 3 — CHARACTER SHEETS + PER-SCENE IMAGE PROMPTS You are an art director for a 2D animation short. Here is my script (with the characters list): [paste the full PROMPT 2 output here] Produce TWO parts. ============================ PART A — CHARACTER SHEETS ============================ For EACH character in the script, output a complete, stand-alone CHARACTER SHEET image prompt I can paste straight into an image generator. Make one for every character — if there are 2 characters give 2 sheets, if 3 give 3, etc. Each sheet prompt must: - Name the character + exact look (body type, hair, face, outfit, colors) - Request the SAME character in 3 views on ONE sheet: full-body front, full-body side profile, head-and-shoulders close-up — PLUS 2 small expression heads (confident + shocked) - Use a plain off-white background, NO text or watermark on the sheet - End with this exact style block: "STYLE: Flat 2D vector cartoon animation, hand-drawn look. Bold clean dark-brown outlines. Cel-shaded flat shadows, no gradients, no photorealism. Muscular exaggerated body, crisp muscle detail. Recognizable stylized face, large expressive eyes, strong jawline. Soft even lighting. Consistent proportions across all views. Plain flat off-white background. 2D viral animation aesthetic." Label them: CHARACTER SHEET 1 — [name], CHARACTER SHEET 2 — [name], ...

Create a viral YouTube Shorts / TikTok "Real or Cake?" challenge video. Video Length: 35-45 seconds Generate exactly 5 different objects. Rules: Use completely new objects every time. Mix gadgets, luxury items, food, toys, sports items, tools, household items, vehicles, and unusual objects. 3-4 objects should secretly be CAKE. 1-2 objects should secretly be REAL. Objects must look hyper realistic. Fast pacing like viral TikTok videos. Vertical 9:16. Cinematic lighting. Macro close-ups. Smooth camera movement. Satisfying knife cuts. Strong suspense before every reveal. For each object generate: OBJECT 1: Object Name Video Prompt: Show the object on screen with realistic details. Camera slowly zooms in. Dialogue: "Is it Real or Cake?" "Take a close look..." "3... 2... 1..." Knife cuts through object. If cake: "Ohhhh! It's Cake!" "Look at those cake layers!" If real: "No way! It's Real!" Then immediately move to the next object. Repeat the same structure for OBJECT 2, OBJECT 3, OBJECT 4 and OBJECT 5. Example Dialogue Style: Object 1: "Is this Rolex watch Real or Cake?" "Take a close look..." "3... 2... 1..." [Knife cuts] "Ohhhh! It's Cake!" Object 2: "Is this Basketball Real or Cake?" "Take a close look..." "3... 2... 1..." [Knife cuts] "No way! It's Real!" Object 3: "Is this Laptop Real or Cake?" "Take a close look..." "3... 2... 1..." [Knife cuts] "Ohhhh! It's Cake!" Object 4: "Is this Designer Handbag Real or Cake?" "Take a close look..." "3... 2... 1..." [Knife cuts] "Ohhhh! It's Cake!" Object 5: "Is this Motorcycle Helmet Real or Cake?" "Take a close look..." "3... 2... 1..." [Knife cuts] "No way! It's Real!" Important: Make the objects extremely difficult to guess. The reveal should be satisfying. The dialogue should be short and energetic. Generate brand new objects every time. The final output should contain: Object Name Dialogue Video Prompt Reveal Result for all 5 objects.
