Following these changes, we would like to remind you that players' progress is calculated using the actual percentage system; therefore, an incorrect percent in a submitted record may be corrected by a moderator to it's correct equivalent. If the corrected percent is less than list percent, the player’s record is automatically rejected. Therefore, if you’re using a mod that calculates percents based on Geometry Dash 2.1 system and want to submit your progress to the list, be sure to double-check what your progress would be without the mod!

We recently drew attention to the fact that, on some levels in the top-150, the list percent is set according to the percentage calculation system from Geometry Dash 2.1, even though in the vanilla version of the game, the calculation system from Geometry Dash 2.2 is used for those levels. As a result, we reviewed the entire top-150, identified all such levels, and updated the list percent for them according to the actual percentage calculation system. At the same time, we have made several other small fixes. GD 2.2 percentage calculation system fixes:

Technical Issues Notice & Account Security Update Greetings, our dear players! Over past few months we have been experiencing severe technical problems with sign in procedure and verification codes in particular, which caused lots of difficulties with registration or account confirmation. At last, we were able to implement a hotfix that should help for the time being. To prevent further risks of similar bugs and errors, we have implemented new options to sign in: – sign in with Google (works if your account is linked to a Gmail address); – sign in with Discord (available in your profile settings). Recently, there has been a huge flood of various types of bots (spam, scam, CSAM, etc), which endangered the group members, and, as we are lacking resources to moderate it in time, threatened with the whole group and channel being erased by the Telegram Support. So far, we’ve managed to gather three opinions on Green Bullet: one from a verifier and two from players who have made significant progress on the level. The verifier’s opinion is not reliable at all: he verified Green Bullet as a hardest demon, and numerous changes were made to the level’s difficulty throughout the verification process. The other two players have Nullscapes: one as their hardest demon, the other as his second hardest demon after Flamewall, and according to them both, Green Bullet is significantly harder than Nullscapes. This gives us a range of three positions — between Flamewall and Nullscapes. Since, fortunately, one of the players mentioned above has made significant progress on Tidal Wave, he is able to compare Green Bullet to it: Green Bullet is easier than Tidal Wave. Based on this, we can determine that placing Green Bullet right below Tidal Wave is currently the optimal choice. Please keep in mind that the placement is subject to change as more placement opinions will come!

Green Bullet has been placed at #6, above ORBIT and below Tidal Wave, with a list percent of 44%. This change pushes LIMBO out of the Main List and Kenos out of the Extended List. Check it out!

On July 22–23, the Global Demonlist high staff held a meeting in St. Petersburg. The future of our project was discussed there, and footage was filmed for an upcoming Q&A video. We also had the chance to meet some local players, and we really hope this won’t be the last such meet up! 😴
