As the current geographical tension Gold pulls back toward 2650 on USD resilience. Gold pulls back to the 2650 area after yesterday's rally on increased geopolitical risk stemming from Iran escalation in the Middle East. The upbeat private sector employment data from the US helps the USD hold its ground and weighs on Gold. The current ADp was positive but Gold failed to break the support near 2643 which is a giving an price may enjoy and more bullish Momentum we see in coming days. Although chart is risky but wave 3 is ready for the completion towards the higher end. After the wave 3 price may start again it's bearish correction like wave 2. For the first time after a half year we have seen price has respected any price action channel during the high momentum last week. It looks like moving in a ascending channel pattern and near the vertical resistance sudden fall indicating that price may complete it's 61% fib retracement Level and new buy opportunities can be seen on the chart in coming days. Price has followed it's wave pattern of 12345 and near 5 we have seen a reversal and market may trap buyer near the small support like previous ones. The horizontal solid support is clear and fib Level may have the more power as predicted. Ascending channel can push the price more upwards in coming fundamental data.

Price has following it's impulse correction pattern for the last two months and I showed my best waves on the chart. Price has recently formed a reversal pattern of rising wedge and near the vertical resistance price has also created triple top pattern and price respected the both area and started its correction towards the lower end and vertical support of rising wedge. In wave 5 we have seen a weakness which is the strong indication of new correction towards the bottom end. Near the vertical support price has also having a good horizontal support which has the ability to hold the price very smoothly. Price until moving in a corrections this setup looks Valid for the coming days. If incase it broke the the correction area in any direction then setup validation will be fail. Try to find the best opportunity in both area of rising wedge.
