| 4 | NEGATIVE VOUCHES & SCAM REPORTS
⬇️ Alright how does this work? ⬇️
Firstly anyone can give anyone a negative vouch. (One reason to keep to yourself..)
Depending on which group, your message will be deleted and posted to the Neg Vouch Checker groups, and eventually to Perths Scammers.

| 5 | DEALS AND DEALING PRECAUTIONS
⚠️ Things to be aware of
1️⃣ ALWAYS background check the user by searching both their vouches and negative vouches. Only do deals with vouched users. No vouches = NO DEAL.
(This also clearly means , no @username = NO DEAL.)
2️⃣ NEVER meet at your home address. Never give a house address out. Meet at parks or public places. For your safety it is best to deal where people are somewhat around, while still being discreet.
3️⃣ ONLY USE CASH. Cash is untraceable. And you do not want to give a stranger your bank details. Anyone mentioning giftcards is a SCAM!! DO NOT fall for that. You will never end up meeting them. Do not use PayID. That reveals your identity. ONLY USE CASH. Deal in person.
4️⃣ ITS ALWAYS advised to go to deals with company with you. Or at least tell someone you know that you are going to a deal. Always be cautious. Always stay ready. Always have a game plan ready.
5️⃣ Make sure they always show you the cash/product up front. If they ask to see the cash/product, they must show it too. Don’t pass anything until you see what your meant to get in return.
6️⃣ ALWAYS ask for a photo of the product/cash before going to a deal or sending a meet location!! Make sure they actually have what they are saying they do. When in doubt ask “Could you send me a photo of the cash/product with a peace sign ✌️ in the photo” this way you can confirm it’s not a fake photo.
7️⃣ • Note their userID !!!
before going to a deal I would suggest to not only remember their username but you preferably want to get their “User ID” to their Telegram account. - If a deal goes wrong and they block you or change their username, you’ll still be able to find them.
You can do this by forwarding a message they have sent to @userinfobot , it’ll reply with their UserID. If the deal goes wrong and they try to ghost you, you are still able to report their telegram account to Perths Admins. - do this before a deal.
8️⃣ This one is more of a tip,
If you have the phone number of someone that’s done wrong by ya, save it in your contacts. So you’ll always find them on Telegram. If they try dodge ya.. | 773 |
| 6 | VOUCH CHECKS / PRECAUTIONS
1️⃣ • Fake usernames.
When editing your profile to give yourself an “@“ username you may have realised you can give yourself also a “name” and “last name”, be sure that the user really has a @username and not just their name having an “@“ in it.
3️⃣ • Stolen usernames.
As Vouches rely on searching how many times someone has been @ mentioned in the channel, If you or somebody changes their @, Anybody could change their username to your old @ and steal your vouches.
4️⃣ • Stolen @: ->Message check<-
A precaution for this is to also search up how many messages that user has sent in the vouches channel. If they have little to no messages sent compared to how many vouches they apparently have, it’s most likely a stolen @. (While still taking in consideration which vouches group it is and wether or not they are backed up vouches.)

So here is how the system works.
There is 2 main vouch groups! - all other vouch groups are INVALID!

ALL vouches sent to the first group are also forwarded to the second. Perths OG vouches is more of a backup of current vouches. But some do have a restored vouch count on their backed up vouches there.

Trust and legitimacy
The vouch system is a way to ensure safety and legitimacy within the community to make deals more comfortable. Think of this as leaving a review on the person and vouching for a deal going smoothly with them.
It’s a must-do step to check a user’s vouches before going on a a deal. NO VOUCHES? = NO DEAL.
You want to only deal with someone that has 3+ vouches!
If nobody can vouch for them, they aren’t trusted! There is plenty of vouched people that’ll sort you out.
Always try to get and give vouches after deals. This ensures you will find quality people and it helps ensure safety within the community.

Privacy and security settings
Setup a passcode to enter your telegram app. Not Face ID. Not fingerprint metric. A passcode. This is first and best measure to avoid unwanted entities viewing your account. - ESSENTIAL
Choose to not share your phone number with anyone on telegram. You won’t want anyone to have it. And you won’t want anyone to find you this way either.
