Practically vs Theory Some of the things we Muslim are very good at is quotes, knowing them, spreading them maybe even memorising them. What really upsets me is how many of us really implements them? Where is the real implementation of these beautiful quotes or ahadith? Where is the practical implementation of all this khair that we have in the ummah? We need to start lifting these quotes out of the books and start dressing ourselves with them; forgiveness, bravery, unity, mercy. Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “None of you will have faith until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” These attributes can’t be limited to theory anymore, we have to put it into practice.

The Value of Good Health Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen (rahimahullah) said: Today we are in good health, and we do not know the true value of good health (and wellness). However, when illness occurs, we realise the value of good health and good health is a crown upon the heads of the healthy, but not understood and valued except by the ill.
