Poin-Poin Pernyataan: • Pembersihan Member: Melakukan peninjauan ulang terhadap seluruh anggota. Anggota yang tidak aktif atau tidak memenuhi kriteria baru akan dinonaktifkan. • Restrukturisasi Inti: Perubahan pada jajaran admin/pengurus untuk meningkatkan performa squad. • Visi Baru: Mengusung tema dan semangat baru guna mempererat solidaritas antar anggota di bawah naungan @OFCEINITY. • Validitas Identitas: Segala bentuk kegiatan atau oknum yang mengatasnamakan EINITY SQUAD namun tidak terdaftar dalam struktur baru dianggap TIDAK VALID. Demikian surat pernyataan ini dibuat dengan sebenar-benarnya untuk diketahui oleh seluruh anggota dan pihak terkait. Kami berharap langkah ini menjadi awal yang lebih baik bagi kemajuan EINITY SQUAD. [ 6 TUNTUTAN PUBLIK ] Saya Nando, atas nama individu mewakili pihak-pihak yang dirugikan, menyampaikan tuntutan publik kepada channel @basejulid2 beserta owner @cchulo/@messra (Gege) atas dugaan tindakan penyebaran fitnah, ujaran kebencian, doxxing, serta tidak adanya tanggung jawab atas dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap banyak pihak. Dan hingga saat ini, kami menilai tidak ada tanggung jawab yang jelas dan layak atas tindakan-tindakan tersebut. Sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban, berikut tuntutan yang harus dipenuhi: 1. Pembubaran permanen channel Penutupan total dan permanen @basejulid2 beserta seluruh channel terkait, tanpa reborn, tanpa pergantian nama, dan tanpa aktivitas serupa di platform mana pun. 2. Permintaan maaf kepada seluruh korban Permintaan maaf terbuka kepada publik serta permintaan maaf personal kepada seluruh korban yang terdampak, tanpa pembelaan diri dan tanpa menyalahkan pihak lain. 3. Pengembalian seluruh dana yang diterima Pengembalian seluruh uang yang diterima untuk kepentingan pribadi, termasuk uang damai, fee takedown spillan, atau bentuk lain yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas base tersebut. 4. Pencabutan seluruh ancaman dan tekanan Pencabutan total atas seluruh tuntutan, ancaman, dan intimidasi terhadap squad, komunitas, maupun individu yang dirugikan, serta penghentian segala bentuk tekanan lanjutan. 5. Penghapusan total data pribadi (real life) Penghapusan permanen seluruh data pribadi pihak mana pun yang diperoleh, disimpan, atau dikuasai, serta komitmen untuk tidak menyimpan, menyebarkan, atau menggunakan data tersebut dalam bentuk apa pun. 6. Pernyataan berhenti total dari aktivitas serupa Pernyataan terbuka untuk berhenti sepenuhnya dari pengelolaan base spill, anon julid, atau aktivitas lain yang berpotensi merugikan pihak mana pun di kemudian hari. Seluruh tuntutan di atas wajib dipenuhi dalam waktu 2 x 24 jam sejak pernyataan ini disampaikan.
