You get irritated by the small things because you are not focused on anything big.

You're not overwhelmed, you're being lazy and unorganized. • Wake up earlier • Create a routine • Get an agenda book • Set boundaries (say no) • Stick to your schedule • Write down and adhere to your deadlines. It's You vs You.

You cannot be motivated if you do not have a source for that. Period. ______ Ask yourself this: what do you want? What is that goal that you are holding in your heart which is so damn important to you that you will NEVER give up?!

Self-autonomy begins with self-confidence, which is an offshoot of self-conviction. A confident person governs himself because his moral compass is internalized, and his self-esteem is completely self-determined. Self-confidence immunizes you against the poisonous opinions of people. Your confidence is a reflection of how you feel. If you think yourself confident, but feel insecure, they’ll just cancel out. Quite unfortunate that society taught us to tie our confidence to how much we have or have achieved. It is your moral duty to detach your self-worth from your possessions, external validation & societal approval. External must-haves should only serve as a boost, the real battle is fought within - against the insecurities of your own mind. The liberating truth is - if there’s no internal critic, the external judgement becomes harmless. It’s not what people think of you that bothers you, but the part of you that subconsciously thinks it’s true. Confidence, like happiness, can be improved like a skill. 1) Dress better; It’s not about following trends. It’s about expressing yourself through your dress sense. Wear what makes you “feel” good. 2) Groom better; Take care of your body - Get in shape. Get a clean cut. Smell nice. As your outlook improves, your inlook will too. 3) Keep the promises you make to yourself; Better not to make a commitment, than to not keep it. This is about integrity! If you say you’ll do something, do it (don’t procrastinate). If you say you’ll stop doing something, stop it (don’t relapse). 4) Understand that no one is above or below you; We may all lead different lives with different power scalings, but at the core we’re all the same - clueless piles of dust on a blue dot revolving in empty space. 5) Watch how you speak about yourself, to yourself and others; Your subconscious mind is an ardent eavesdropper, she’s always listening to everything you say (mentally or verbally). Fuck your self-depreciating jokes man - the humor is tasteless & pointless... Stay Inspired Sages Have a great week ahead 🖤

Never tell your plans to anyone Never share what you are upto. Only those who you can trust with closed eyes must know everything you are upto. It means none. Whatever you are going to do must remain a secret until you have completed it. Your trust is compromised way more often then you think it is.

If you are always rubbing your intelligence on people's faces, they'll start avoiding you.

Your attitude towards life depends on the frame you have been given to live.

While money may not be a guarantee of happiness, lack of money is a sure guarantee of unhappiness.

Your limits are your beliefs. If you believe, 50k/year is enough, that's what you get. If you believe, toxic relationships are okay, that's what you get. If you believe, you need to work hard to become wealthy, well... Listen. Do an experiment. Try living as a totally different person for a week. Drop your old beliefs. Completely reverse them. Believe you deserve all the riches and love. And they're easy to achieve. Embrace the way of effortless action. Now that doesn't mean lying on the couch watching Netflix all day. It means, set up the intention and letting your intuition guide you to the right action. Just give it a try. One week. That's it. You'll know a lot.

You can't succeed in isolation, meet more people, talk, observe, discuss, build a high emotional quotient.

You can't live a happy and stagnant life, you need to get up every morning and focus on improvement.

How to motivate yourself to do things you don’t want to do: We all have some tasks, or projects that sit on our to-do lists day after day But we never seem to “get around” them because we just don’t want to go near them. Let’s look at how to get around to them, and how to hack our way into getting them done. 1. Make it Pleasant If you’re going to have to do something you really don’t want to do, make it pleasant. Put on your favorite music, go sit on a park bench on a sunny day, or ply yourself with a reward afterward. 2. Break It Into Smaller Steps Sometimes the tasks you need to accomplish seem so daunting and overwhelming that you don’t know where to begin. When this happens, you end up doing nothing and accomplishing nothing. Breaking it down into smaller tasks helps immensely. 3. Prioritize Steps Once you have the small steps mapped out, rank them on what is most important. What is the most immediate need and the least? As obvious as it sounds, many people don’t prioritize like that. 4. Put the Steps on a Calendar Put your tasks down on particular days so that when you get up that morning and look at what you have to do that day, you will see your tasks. When this happens, you will be more likely to accomplish them because it’s on your daily to-do list. 5. Do It First The simplest, easiest way to do things you don’t want to do is to do them first – as in, the first thing in your day. Take the hardest, most unpleasant task you have and get it done and out of the way. 6. Solar Flaring Start off with something very small and an easy thing to do, and use that forward momentum to get more work done. Some examples: - Just change into your gym clothes - Just write the introductory paragraph - Just put the cups and dishes in the sink 7. Pomodoros Work for 25 minutes then take a 5-minute break. 25 minutes is really nothing if you think about it. Anyone can do almost anything for just 25 minutes, it takes most people longer than 25 minutes to eat dinner. 8. Face Your Fear Doing things you don’t want to do isn’t always based on fear, but many of them are, ex: public speaking. Facing your fears head-on will make you a better person and can lead to personal growth. Remember, the more you do something, the easier it gets. 9. Surround Yourself With The Right People We thrive when our social interactions are positive and encouraging experiences. On the other hand, surrounding ourselves with folks who are undisciplined or unmotivated can have the opposite effect. 10. Think of the Long-Term Effects When you want to learn how to do something you don’t want to do, think about how your actions (or inaction) today will be affecting your tomorrow or 10-20 years from now. 11. Visualize the End Result It’s easy to become discouraged when you are not seeing the results of your efforts But stick with it, remember how great it will feel once you accomplish your goal. Bring to mind what your end goal will really look and feel like. What to Do Next? The groups you associate with often determine the type of person you become.

You don’t always need to be around people. People will want to be with you when you are happy by yourself.

MASTERING PATIENCE Have you ever given up on your workout because you didn’t see tangible results after a few days? Why does everyone who has achieved success in any endeavor (worldly or otherworldly) talk about the importance of patience? It’s because it is one of the most prominent weaknesses of the human mind. Your mind cannot handle uncertainty or suspense. Your mind craves assurance, signs, proofs - that’s why it’s susceptible to consoling quotes like; “Everything happens for a reason” “Trust the process, it’s all going to work out” These words help alleviate your anxieties to a certain degree, but deep down the problem persists. In every adventure you choose to embark on, always take the first step with a long term mindset. Ask yourself; “Is this something I’d do for the next decade even if I get nothing from it?” Impatience is a lack of trust and a sign of a weak resolve. It’ll stir up doubts in your heart. You will become complacent and eventually give up before your results start to compound. So this is how you can hone your patience: 1 - Don’t keep count of how hard or how long you’ve been working, just keep working & getting better. 2 - Don’t ask “when will it be done. Affirm - It is already done! Time just needs to catch up 3 - Understand that it takes an indeterminate amount of time for great things to manifest. Lao Tzu says - “Nature never hurries, yet everything gets done” Quick schemes & shortcuts don’t last my frens. The best things in life come to those who work with urgency & wait with certainty. Stay Inspired 🥷🖤

The moment you allow someone disrespect you is the moment they realize they can bend your boundaries. If you will let them stay in your life, their exploitation will increase overtime. Punish the bad behaviour the very first time it happened. Protect your boundaries. And if you are self sufficient RETALIATE.

No one can live beyond the limits of their beliefs. Our actions reflect what we believe. We become what we believe. _____________________________ No degrees, no training, no money, no people … can substitute your belief system. So, stop thinking “I can't do this.” Stop making excuses. Change your belief system.

Only weak men play the blame game. Don't dishonor yourself.
