How to be more productive when you're feeling unmotivated: 1. Question yourself: Try to get to the root of the problem before you can figure out ways to mend it. - Why don’t you feel motivated? - What’s killing your want to be productive? Identify what the issue could be so you can address it at the source. 2. Remember Your “Why” Your why is the passion or purpose behind whatever tasks may be in front of you. Remembering the purpose of the tasks you need to get accomplished is huge for rediscovering your motivation. 3. Recognize when you’re at the top of your game. Figure out at what time you feel and work your best Then do all of the things that take the most brainpower during those times. 4. Take breaks You can’t maintain distraction-free focus for a long time That’s why breaks are so important, they keep you fresh and productive Methods like the Pomodoro Technique can help.
