I'm sharing my Nalco interview experience through GATE 2020
Venue- Bhubaneswar
Branch- Mechanical
Almost 8-10 members were there in the panel. One lady ( from HR) and remaining were from core departments.
Interview started with formal introduction about myself, favourite subjects etc.
HR mam asked some questions like what was Nalco turn over in the recent financial year, why you want to join in Nalco, family background etc., basic questions
Questions from remaining panel members,
1. Basic questions in Mechanics ( I have told Engineering mechanics as my favourite subject)
2. Why 4 years gap after B. Tech ( 2 years mtech and preparation)
3. Explain how your M.Tech project is helpful to Nalco
4. Some basic questions in Thermo and fluids
5. What about remaining PSU's results? Till now how many interviews u have given?
Overall interview is very simple
My suggestion is better go through Nalco website once completely to get brief idea about company and go through ur project( BTech or Mtech whichever is applicable) remaining technical questions depth is normal only for a GATE aspirant

This is really golden chance for all students those who are interested in 📚

So pls don’t waste your time in gossip / stay away from negative peoples otherwise u will regret in future that u have missed a golden chance
This is really just a joke that just at 50 to 60 percent score in gate any one will enter in top IIT / NTPC without interview
