It provides a detailed analysis of Bali rental properties without guaranteed returns. Results as of April 2026: • 976 unique investors • $897,250 in raised capital • $132,302 in paid dividends (from Q2 2024 to April 2026) • Effective portfolio APR ranging from ~10.9% to ~11.5% 📌 The report also covers the situation with PARQ Resort 61. The complex was temporarily closed from April to July 2025, so payouts were suspended during that period.
