A new article has been published on our blog.
It provides a detailed analysis of Bali rental properties without guaranteed returns.
Results as of April 2026:

In his annual letter to investors, Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock, compared tokenization to the internet in 1996.
His core idea: financial instruments — stocks, bonds, funds — will exist as digital tokens, accessible to anyone from their phone.
And this isn’t just a prediction — BlackRock is already taking action 👇🏼
→ The BUIDL fund is the world’s largest tokenized U.S. Treasury fund, reaching up to $2.9B in assets under management at its peak.
→ BlackRock manages around $150B in digital assets — confirmed in the 2026 investor letter.
→ Since February 2026, BUIDL has been tradable on Uniswap — the first time a fund of this scale entered DeFi infrastructure.
→ BUIDL tokens are accepted as collateral for derivatives trading on Binance, Crypto.com, and Deribit.
📌 Why this matters for the market
▪️ 24/7 access. Traditional markets operate on fixed hours. Tokenized assets trade around the clock, without time zone or schedule limitations.
▪️ Infrastructure expansion. BUIDL runs across seven blockchains, including Ethereum and Solana. Around 60–65% of all tokenized real-world assets are currently on Ethereum, effectively making it the main “highway” of the new financial system.
