Aphthous stomatitis: •Inflammation of the mouth with small ulcers. Ascites: Abnormal accumulation of fluid in the abdomen. Noze: - Exchanges air during inhaling and exhaling. - Warms, moisturizes, and filters inhaled air. Sinuses: •Provides mucus. •Makes bones of the skull lighter. •Aids in sound production. capillaries: •Permit the exchange of nutrients and waste products between the blood and the cells. •capill/o Pineal Gland: -Influences the sleep-wakefulness cycle.
