Tell them you can save them 10-30% per month in savings for your retainer or one time fee. Assess their business then plug and play those tools for that agency. Either offer Automatiom where you hire a operator with your retainer (15-20% cost of your total retainer monthly) OR Offer them a one time fee 2-5k for consultation. They can then manage and operate the tools themselves.
