But technically speaking, we still can't talk about reversal, cause we closed monthly below previous high
There is a saying, "trend is your friend", so we must see downtrend continuation, which is likely testing ~67K-70K support zone (previous resistance)

My current market thesis
We are still failing to close above CME gap, so technically speaking, the structure and trend have not shifted until we flip 83K
Last time we saw exact setup, it resulted in ~30% dump
And I can't ignore fact that we didn't have proper capitulation event, fear and we are still early in terms of cycle timings for bottom
This is just an analysis based on HTF structure
After which you can already tell that dump to new lows, let's say ~50K-55K seems pretty logical to me from all perspectives
Market can't stay irrational for too long

No macro bottom ever comes this easy
At some point, S&P 500 must correct and if BTC is already this weak while equities are near highs, what happens next?
I don't say we'll dump to 30K or smth
But I do think we still need final liquidity event that forces late buyers out and lets whales use people's liquidations to accumulate large positions
That's why once this SPX correction hits, I'd expect a sweep below 55K to form bottom at ~49K-54K area
That seems like a logical zone where ppl starts extrapolating lower again and it'll be like 10K target with 15K bottom in 2022
