Step 1: On the Home page at top left click on close and start new application. A pop up dialog box will open with prompt mentioning all previous appointments related to the current application will be closed. Step 2: Select " yes" Step 3: After selecting yes, go to top right and click on profile and log out. 💫💫💫💫💫MOST IMPORTANT STEP💫💫💫💫💫 Step 4: for the next 24 hours don't log in to your profile on CGI portal. Step 5: After 24 hours, again log in to the portal and click on continue application. Step 6: Fill all your essential details. NO NEED TO PAY FEE AGAIN. (ONLY IN CASE IF CHANCES TO BOOK ARE EXHAUSTED OR VALIDITY EXPIRED) Step 7: On the payments page, Don't use the claim receipt option at the top, scroll down and pull the drop down menu and select the payment method you used to pay your visa. Eg# Debit/credit card, UPI , AXIS BANK RECEIPT, ETC. Step 8: click on submit. It will run through and land you at the ofc scheduling page. Now you are good to book a slot without any glitch or errors.
