سلام الله عليكم… اللهُم صلِ وسلم ع سيدنا محمد وع آله إن شاء الله منشورنا عيكون ع             ✨Nerve Supply Of GIT✨ وقبل ما نبدأ  نعرف ضروري بعض المعلومات المهمة لفهم الموضوع 〰 Ganglia : Collection of cell body outside Brain 〰 Nucleus : Collection of cell body inside brain 〰 Vagus Nerve : arise from posterior nucleus in medulla oblongata 〰 Sympathetic Chain : وعنركز ع اللي شرح الدكتور ومتعلق بـ GIT واللي تطلع من 5th thoracic vertebra إلى 12th thoracic vertebra (T5-T12) والـ 1st, 2nd  lumber vertebra 〰 Prevertebral ganglia ofabdominal aortic plexus : most of which are clustered around the major branches of the abdominal aorta والـ ganglia اللي تهمنا في الـ GIT ثلاث 1.Celiacganglion 2.Superior mesentericganglion 3.Inferior mesenteric ganglion وايضاً به معانا  Plexus 🔹Celiac plexus : Located at celiac trunk 🔹 Superior mesenteric plexus : Located at Superior mesenteric artery 🔹Inferior mesenteric plexus : Located at inferior mesenteric artery 🔸Superior hypogastric plexus : Located at bifurcation of abdominal aorta 🔸 Inferior hypogastric plexus : Located at bifurcation of common iliac artery ولو تتذكروا أن الـ GIT كان عبارة عن ثلاث اجزاء 1.Foregut  &  2.Midgut  &  3.Hindgut والتغذية الدموية لكل جزء الـ Foregut من celiac trunk الـ Midgut من Superior mesenteric artery الـHindgut من  inferior mesenteric artery والآن نبدأ بموضوعنا… 😇 🔲For autonomic innervation of the abdominal viscera, several different splanchnic nerves and one cranial nerve (the vagus, CN X) deliver presynaptic sympathetic and parasympathetic fibers, respectively, to the abdominal aortic plexus and its associated sympathetic ganglia تتمثل التغذية العصبية حق الـ Abdomen بالجهاز العصبي الذاتي ANS بفرعية ال Sympathetic و Parasympathetic فالـ splanchnic nerves من Thoracic و Lumber يمثل الـ Sympathetic بينما الـ Vagus nerve و Pelvic splanchnic nerves يمثلوا الـ Parasympathetic وعنشرح كل نوع بالتفصيل 📌 SYMPATHETIC INNERVATION ومثل ما ذكرنا انها عبر splanchnic nerves وبه معانا ثلاثة Thoracic splanchnic nerves وواحد Lumber splanchnic nerves 1⃣.Greater splanchnic nerves بينشأ من T5 to T9 وبيسير الى Celiac ganglion ومنها الى Celiac plexus ليغذي الـ Foregut 2⃣.Lesser splanchnic nerves بينشأ من T10–T11 بيسير الى Superior mesentericganglion ومنها  لـ Superior mesenteric plexus ليغذي الـ Midgut 3⃣.least splanchnic nerves بينشأ من الـ T12 بيسير إلى Superior mesentericganglion ومنها لـ Superior mesenteric plexus ليشارك مع الـ lesser بتغذية الـ Midgut 4⃣.Lumber splanchnic nerves بينشأ من L1– L2 وبيسير إلى Inferior mesenteric ganglion ومنها لـ Inferior mesenteric plexus لتغذية ال Hindgut والـ Sympathetic يكون معه * Short Preganglionic Fibers * Long Postganglionic Fibers وهكذا نكون خلصنا الـ Sympathetic 🤩 الآن نجي للـ parasympathetic 📌 PARASYMPATHETIC INNERVATION وبتكون من الـ Vagus Nerve ومن الـ  Pevic Splanchnic Nerve 🔗 Vagus Nerve العصب العاشر او العصب الحائر بينشأ من Dorsal nucleus in medulla oblongata ويذهب لـCeliac plexus وما بيمر من ganglia وبيغذي الـ Foregut وبيدي فرع وهو في  Celiac plexus بيسير للـ Superior mesenteric plexus لتغذية الـ Midgut ومن الأمثلة ع تفرعاته Gastric Nerve 🖇Pelvic splanchnic nerves بينشأ منS2–S3–S4 وبيسير للـ Inferior hypogastric plexus وعبر القناة اللي توصل بين Inf و Sup للـ Superior hypogastric plexus ثم الى Inferior mesenteric plexus لتغذية الـ Hindgut والـ Parasympathetic يكون معه * Long Preganglionic Fibers * Short Postganglionic Fibers وهكذا نكون خلصنا شرح الغذية العصبية للجهاز الهضمي حسب ما شرح الدكتور التفاصيل كثيرة والدكتور قال نطلع عليها وصلوات الله وسلامه ع سيدنا محمد و ع آله الطيبين الطاهرين 🤍 بالـتـوفـيـق…… ✨ #اللجنة_العلمية_للدفعة_السادسة #قسم_الانتومي #بلك_الهضمي #منشورات
