Starting a 2 person builder house in Spain. October through March, six months. Looking for the second person. The idea is simple: two people who are serious about their work, sharing a base to go all-in from. I'm going there to lock in and build—content, business, full focus for half a year. I want one other builder in the same headspace. Someone that's serious about their goals, who wants momentum instead of distraction. The place: good 3-bedroom, 2 toilets, great location, 15 minutes from the beach, solid gyms nearby. Works out to around €350/month each. You: train, eat well, are not a slob, do your own work during the day. Dialed in, not looking to be entertained. this is as far as i’ve gotten on 3000kcal a day. perhaps still not quite 12% but very close, i’ve certainly lost fat and the best part is i’m eating twice as much as the last time i was this lean. interestingly I still weigh exactly the same as I did 6 months ago; 83.5kg i’ve learned so incredibly much this past year; i’ve fumbled life changing money (again) and my mother whom i hated yet also pitied had 2 strokes. it’s why i’ve been more absent this past year. i had basically lost every opportunity towards my dream. yet through these setbacks i’ve learned what it means to truly align myself with purpose—and how it relates to attaining your “dream physique”. i’ve become incredibly efficient, my sleep is amazing, i don’t waste time, i don’t masturbate and i don’t run out of energy. and although my life is still quite boring i know that is about to change. i’ve also finally finished The Guild. which has turned out fire and i’m quite proud of it. i’m about to share it to my email list and then i’ll share it here🟦 now i was going to wait ‘till my body scanner says i’m 12% but i think it’s time to just start posting new videos.

Am I 12% body fat yet? No. But very close. Definitely leaner. Eating around 3000kcal every day, I've come to find that having a strong biological metabolism isn't enough. You need a strong spiritual metabolism and a strong financial metabolism as well. They're not separate. They constantly feed into each other, and if one of them is lacking it bottlenecks the others. You can generate a tremendous amount of energy when you're filled with purpose. Similarly a morning walk at 6 AM before the masses are up brings me energy and clear mindedness. These things put you in the zone and quite literally upregulate your androgens and protective hormones. You align yourself with your highest self in multiple dimensions. On the opposite end, you can be in decent physical shape but be completely dead broke, and the stress from being broke (and the lack of options that come with it) will downregulate your androgens and upregulate stress hormones -> downregulating physical metabolism. Which keeps you stuck at decent, never reaching great. I’m back. More updates soon.

current macros: ~65% carbs | ~25% protein | ~10% fat it’s been crazy slow losing fat like this but it feels amazing and i’m up 3kg from where i used to be at this bodyfat%. once i get to 12% i’ll go into a bit more of a caloric deficit so i don’t have to walk as much.

CICO makes no sense without metabolism. the real formula: calories in -> throughput -> calories out (throughput being metabolism) this is how you lose fat while being able to eat more than before. Dr. Peat did it, i'm doing it, many are doing it.

I’m back on the lean routine at 3000kcal since this week and I expect the fat to melt off due to the metabolic priming. My body is responding very well to increased thyroid, winter supplements and the even further reduced stress (no, I haven’t started dark peating yet). I’ve been working on optimizing my routine further and tweaked a few things which I’ll gladly discuss in the upcoming video.
