Well, we have made it to the end of term (isc commerce 12) . What a rollercoaster. I want to thank you all for your flexibility, resilience and support during this strange time. ⚠️ Dissolution Update Class 12 ISC⚠️ Old Rule: ❌ If no information is mentioned assume Asset realised "Nil Value" during dissolution New Rule: ✅ If no information is mentioned 1 Tangible Assets: "Book value" will be realised 2 Intangible Assets: "Nil value" will be realised In case of bill getting dishonoured and discounted then the firm has to pay the full amount to bank first If the firm gave loan to the partner then the partner's capital ac will be debited for settlement instead of bank account
