It is a INCREDIBLY ambitious project, but a lot of developments have happened in the 7 months that I've been keeping track of the project/since I personally invested, so it deserves a little update - I'm going to keep it as simple as possible here, but there are so many intricacies such as token distribution and technical elements that I can't explain in a simple post so I recommend checking out their Website, Whitepaper and Socials (very active community if you want to ask questions in their discord/TG). ________________________________________________________________ 🔹 General Project/Token Information: "Landian is a realistic metaverse project that has been in development for 2 years and built in Unreal Engine 5. It exists so that people, businesses, organizations, and cultures can engage in the digital world unencumbered and without limitations. We are building the tools for people to build whatever they want using their imagination." The native token, $LNDA: is used for purchasing land plots, digital assets and services/experiences. Soon, $LNDA will be tradable on trusted exchanges and in the Landian virtual Metaverse. Land NFT's: will be plots owned by users, across 6 different districts and multiple biomes. The Landian marketplace will allow you to purchase building services, model homes and individual assets that can be used on your plots. They bridge the gap between real and virtual spaces, acting as incubators, networking hubs and live event venues. • and much more... 🔸 Launch Information: • Token Presale: N/A. $LNDA is available to purchase at any time from the swap on their website - which has been the case for the past couple of months after private sales were complete. • Land Sales: Tier 1, which has fully sold out, is approximately 0.8% of the entire size of the map. T2 is 7%, T3 is 17.5% and T4 is 74.7%. As of right now, there are 1206 holders of a total of 380,931 plots - which is the largest amount of NFT mints on BSC in a 3-day period. • Launch Date: Planned for Q4 of this year on DEX/CEX (TBA), alongside the T2 land sale - will most likely start with a few million in liquidity. • Tax: 0/0% 🔸 Marketing/Partnerships: Marketing hasn't 'officially' kicked off yet but they have a team within their office at the ready - pretty confident it'll ramp up from now until the launch/T2 sale. The discord has grown from 150 in April to over 1500 organic members today. In terms of partnerships, 32 of the holders from the T1 Land Sale are confirmed 'Hero projects' which are private investors, businesses and companies who are buying up large amounts of land to build and bring their communities to Landian. 🔸 Safety: The whole team, including the CEO Austin Yavorsky, presented in the whitepaper are fully doxxed and they have backing from larger names such as Nelson Does Crypto. The offices (see Tour 1 and Tour 2) are based in Medellín, Columbia. Contract is currently being audited but the time is TBC. Not really seen it mentioned anywhere else and it's a longer-term play. (I will include a TLDR [too lazy didn't read] on a separate post as I literally hit the word limit on this one lmao)

Good afternoon all! Hope you guys are doing well. Got a small update for this channel going forward. After nearly a year of launch lists, whitelist giveaways and informational project posts, I've decided to slow down the channel a bit and scrap my current daily launch lists. This is mainly due to my own personal time constraints for my upcoming studies and as the sole owner of the channel it can be a big time sink. I'm sure you guys are already familiar with some of the following channels for launch lists but I highly recommend checking out the following. 🔸 ShillSeals - The original launch list. Contains most/if not all projects for that day across chains. 🔸 ApeZone - Detailed overviews of the interesting daily projects with presale/chart links, tax and associated ratings. 🔸 The Dojo (Discord) - The amount of research that the owner puts into his daily launch list is huge and I'm a big fan. In-depth reviews for all daily projects. 🔸 @ZLaunchBot - Useful bot from the ZLaunch Channel that can be used in groups. Moving forward, I'm going to be focusing more on brief/in-depth reviews for projects, like the following (Spume / SkyLabs), as well as the occasional whitelist giveaway of course. I'm probably going to rebrand the channel whenever I get the chance too. However, this channel will always remain a fair/educational space (deleting obviously botted comments on giveaways, giving my honest opinions as well as compiling up-to date information from all sources etc.) So in conclusion, I will still be posting but it'll just be a little less frequently and without the daily launch list (until further notice).
