ROOMMATE SEARCH Gearbox, Pix, and I will be looking for a new roommate in Shoreline, WA on August 1st. Room is 10x15' with it's own separate heat from the rest of the house. Rent for the room is currently is $750 + utilities. Unsure if the landlord will raise rent a little yet, though he didn't last lease renewal. Ben is currently looking to move out and get a bigger place with some friends. We wanna stay, so his room will be available. A house on a pretty calm residential street The lease does not allow pets. 2 miles from the lightrail station Walking distance to QFC and a little further to Fred Meyer. Landlord is just a guy, not a corporation. Walking distance to a bus stop Happy to share photos and other details or answer other questions. Or even to swing by and give it a look in person. We're looking for chill peeps who are respectful of the space. 420 friendly, just smoke outside.
