*7 STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR POSTING & VALIDATION*
Congratulations to all Service Personnel who have received their posting! Follow these steps to start your service smoothly:
*STEP 1: CHECK YOUR POSTING*
Visit the official NSA portal: *gnsa.gov.gh*
Log in and check your posting details. Download your Appointment Letter.
*STEP 2: PRINT YOUR APPOINTMENT LETTER*
Print at least 3 copies of your Appointment Letter.
*STEP 3: GO FOR ENDORSEMENT AT YOUR WORKPLACE*
Take your letter to your assigned institution/company and have it endorsed/signed and stamped by your Head of Department or HR.
*STEP 4: BOOK VALIDATION APPOINTMENT*
After endorsement, go back to the NSA portal and book your validation slot. Choose your date, time, and validation centre.
*STEP 5: ATTEND VALIDATION IN PERSON*
Go to your chosen validation centre on your booked date with:
- Your endorsed Appointment Letter
- Your Ghana Card / Valid ID
*STEP 6: SUBMIT YOUR VALIDATED COPIES*
After validation:
- *1 copy* to your Place of Posting (Employer)
- *1 copy* to your NSA District Office
- *1 copy* for yourself - keep it safe!
*STEP 7: START YOUR SERVICE*
You are now officially cleared. Report to your workplace and COMMENCE your National Service.
