👉PLI/RPLI Incentive payments credited for the sales force. A.P Circle

This is regarding incentive payments for the sales force related to PLI/RPLI for December 2024 which will be credited on 10-01-2025, in advance of the Sankranti Festival.🙏

*Silent Features of SB Order No 1/2025.* Creation of eKYC CIF, Conversion of Existing CIF to eKYC CIF and modification of eKYC CIF. Opening of Single POSB account using eKYC(for Adults only),Conversion of exist non eKYC POSB to eKYC POSB account and Modifications. Transactions means deposit using eKYC, no limit. For withdrawal upto Rs.5000/- only using eKYC. Beyond this limit proper maker/checker procedure as now we following on paper based. We should not force to eKYC customer to paperless transaction. That is his/her choice chose option. Before convert non-eKYC POSB to eKYC POSB, need to check signature/photo present invoking HACI menu. While taking eKYC consent form, write last four digits of Aadhar number only.(masked way). Before eKYC CIF creation, need to ensure all exact data of Aadhar fetched and validated including PAN...etc. There is no verification concept in system for supervisor in eKYC scenario. Photo of Aadhar not latest, paste latest photo in consent form. More procedure with detail present in SOP.

Mail and parcel optimisation project: 1. Centralised delivery system : total delivery in dept will be separated from operation post offices and comes under the parcel directorate ... 2. Pma 2.0 will role out soon.. delivery will become paper free .. otp based delivery and door step delivery remarks capture is mandatory.. 3. Digipin implementation will be done by gds and post man staff... 4. New robust tracking facility will role out ... *Every piece of mail delivery will be monitored by dept .. no chance for adjustment* i. e. means that ordinary mail also will be treated as accountable in future.
