In this session, we have focused on choosing, researching about a topic and organizing our speech. In addition to this, we have learned effective techniques for structuring and delivering speeches, managing stage fright, and engaging listeners, empowering me to communicate my ideas with clarity and impact. 🌟

| 5 | SCOPD is thrilled to announce that All In PLC, a company dedicated to expanding sign language on a national level, has expressed interest in collaborating with SCOPD, EMSA St. Paul's, as a potential ally. As part of this collaboration, they have arranged an opportunity for one student from St. Paul's to attend an official training program organized by the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenues.
Here are the details of the training:
👉🏽Title: Tax Education (classified into 3 modules)
👉🏽Timing: The training will begin 15 to 30 days after registration
👉🏽Duration: 8 days, with each day consisting of a half-day session
👉🏽Refreshments will be served during the training.
👉🏽This is an incredible opportunity for you to attend a training program that would typically cost 23,315 birr, completely free of charge.
👉🏽Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive an official certification from both All In Private Limited Company and the Ministry of Revenues.
👉🏽Additionally, depending on your commitment, All In PLC will assist in arranging employment opportunities for the student.
👉🏽In addition, it is worth noting that the training program will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the taxation system in Ethiopia. This knowledge is invaluable for anyone aspiring to establish their own business in the future. The Ethiopian National Association of the Deaf, in connection with Deaf Day, has organized a half-day training session at the Inter Luxury Hotel, Kazanchis.
The training will focus on Children and Mother Healthcare and is open to 50 deaf participants.

🌟We had an incredible first week of the SECOND ROUND MEDICAL SIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING with Mr. Fikadu Assefa as our trainer.
🌟During the first week, we focused on learning basic communication signs, as well as the Amharic and English alphabet letters. We also had the opportunity to learn some medical terms that will be useful in our future careers as doctors. Our understanding of sign language has improved, and we are excited to continue developing this skill and language.
🌟The training will continue for the next seven weeks, and we hope you are as excited about each session as we are.

Their remarkable track record and wealth of experience have made them a truly valuable. Questions were posed, discussions flourished, and a vibrant atmosphere of learning enveloped the room. It was a rare occasion to gain firsthand wisdom from a true visionary.
