Запомни:Хорошие дни дарят тебе счастье,плохие-опыт,и то,и другое жизненно необходимо.
Live to the fullest every day! Remember: Good days give you happiness, bad days give you experiences, both of which are vital.

Sleep #Keystone habit for life
Although this post may not be a quick fix to your sleep related issues, read it to become a better 'sleeper'. Sleeping takes almost 1/3 part of our lifetime and it is ESSENTIAL. When you sleep well by following healthy sleep schedule you feel energetic, your mind stays clear. Thus, you can learn new words better and think clearly like a genius. Here are my suggestions on how you can adopt a good sleep routine and why it is vital. As a Muslim we have a different sleep schedule in Ramadan, yet for the rest of the year we get to decide when to sleep and when to wake up.
😴First rule is always give yourself 7 to 8 hours of sleep no matter what season it is. Sleep is much more essential than IELTS prep, or Job interview.🤲🏼 If you pray 'Fajr' you can wake up earlier, study something useful till Sunrise, then go on to sleep to make it a full 7- sleep.
😴 Second rule, always go to sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time. This helps you not only improve the quality of sleep, but also your overall health. If you are sleeping 8 hours but go to bed at random times everyday, the quality of sleep suffers. I used to sleep at 22:00 and wake up at 06:00 daily that I no longer needed alarm clock, my biological clock wake up around 06.00.
😴Develop good habits with sleep routine. Phones should not be the first thing you reach out or the last thing you put before going to sleep. Take control of your sleep. Put a glass of water and a good book next to your bed, while placing cellphone further or hide it. Thus, you change the environment and it changes you as well. You may also go for a walk while listening to something meaningful daily such as surah, Juma lectures, podcast or classic music. I try to listen them on different days of the week to make my life colorful and more meaningful. Walking between the dawn and sunrise is extremely healthy for your well being.
😴If you sleep only 6 to 7 hours, aim to nap for only 10 to 20 minutes, if it takes you 10 minutes to go to sleep, then overall time for nap is 20 to 30 minutes.
😴Finally, always explore new knowledge on how to sleep better. This can be in a format of article, Ted Talk or podcast. If you follow my suggestions above, 'a decent sleep schedule' does wonders for your life and for your IELTS Journey
