next Saturday,* 8.August* from 10am the *Swap Market* will offer you another opportunity to exchange or give away what you no longer need to create some space in your kitchen, drawers or attic.
If you have larger items to swap or give away you can take a photo and post it in the WISHING LIST in the comments.
❣️If you can’t make a direct swap there are many other ways to exchange a gift, let’s be creative and explore alternative ways to shopping and build a stronger community in the process.
After the swap you are warmly invited to a shared lunch buffet. Please bring your own plate and cutlery, a dish to share and enjoy the company of like minded people.

Hello everyone, our next Juntar is happening on Saturday 25th of July in Ana's and Margarida's house in Paio Mendes at 19h.
This circle will start with a Chi Kung exercice and a short meditation, to connect with ourselves, our energy, and as well to each other.
The Circle will focus on The Rising of Awareness that is happening now in the world, what is our part in this and if there is one.
After the Circle, as usual, we will enjoy a shared dinner. Please bring something to share, your plate, cutlery and cup.

| 8 | Cara comunidade, estou a livrar-me de uma grande quantidade de garrafas de vidro, a maioria verdes, mas também algumas transparentes e castanhas, de diferentes formas e tamanhos. Sem garrafas partidas - tudo certo. Se algum de vós precisar deles para os vossos projectos de construção ou arte, ou por qualquer outro motivo - podem retirá-los em minha casa perto de Estevais, na estrada ER348 para Vila de Rei, a cerca de 20 minutos de carro de Ferreira do Zêzere.
Se tiver algumas pedras velhas cortadas (não seixos redondos), madeira velha utilizável ou placas compostas de pátio, blocos de cimento ou restos de azulejos de cerâmica - a quantidade e os tipos não importam, terei todo o prazer em recebê-los em troca. Mas se não tiver nada para dar em troca e quiser apenas as garrafas, também está tudo bem, porque se não forem retiradas, deito-as fora. Algumas frutas, legumes e plantas também são aceitáveis, caso tenha em excesso.
Aqui estão algumas fotos, este é um cesto de roupa grande e provavelmente tenho mais 4 ou 5 garrafas. Recolha a qualquer hora do dia/semana, de acordo com a sua conveniência. Obrigada. Júlia
Dear community, I am getting rid of quite a large amount of glass vine bottles, mostly green but also some clear and brown, different shapes and sizes, no broken bottles - all good. If any of you need them for your building or art projects, or for any other reason - you are welcome to collect it from my place near Estevais on the road ER348 to Vila de Rei, about 20 minutes drive from Ferreira do Zezere.
If you have some old cut rocks (not round pebbles), old usable wood or composite patio boards, cement blocks or leftover ceramic tiles - quantity and types does not matter, I would be happy to receive it in return. But if you have nothing to trade in and just want the bottles - this is fine too, because if not collected, I will throw away the bottles. Some fruits, vegetables and plants are ok too, if you have a surplus.
Here are some pics, this is a full size large laundry basket, and I probably have 4 or 5 more of the amount of bottles. Collection any time of the day/week, at your convenience. Thank you. Julia | 113 |

Este é um lugar onde os objetos de que já não precisas podem encontrar um novo dono e, em troca, podes encontrar algo que te seja útil. E, se não encontrares nada de que precises, talvez o que venhas a precisar seja uma mão amiga, um jantar caseiro, alguém que traduza por ti ou um vale para um serviço.
Começamos às 10:00 e, por volta da hora de almoço, juntamo-nos para uma refeição descontraída, uma oportunidade para nos conhecermos melhor.
