so,i am sitting out here in front of the hospital in the smoking area where folk go and two security guards sitting on a wall ( both arab) there is what looks like a surgeon ( philipeno) there were two orderlys walking past having a chat, ( they looked idian and spoke in a different language) there is a chineese nurse and a black nurse with " an irish lady " in the middle , and in rolls a ups van and a delivery driver jumps out, who is another arab... And folk still dont think we have a poblem in this fucking country.. Where are my people.? fuck me sideways.. I dont feel like i am in éıRe anymore...
