From Noreen O' Shea People have organised a meeting this Thursday in Naas regarding the proposed data center. I am urging everyone to attend this. I just hope no local councillor will be attending because people need to understand these sellouts are the very ones who agreed to the 2 different sites to be rezoned specifically for data centers. Naas is EU''s acceleration zone. Kildare county council rezoned two sites specifically for data centers. There is still time to stop these. The window isn't closed yet. Jigginstown is with an Coimision Pleanala and Caragh Road has only been rezoned. Kildare county councillors approved these to be rezoned. We need to put pressure on these sellouts for allowing this without discussing it with the people. This includes Tom folks. He is a great lad infront of the camera to pretend he cares for the people but in those meetings he is councillor Tom McDonnell. He voted yes for the local property tax increase which i find ridiculous considering he is forever spouting on about people struggling in the cost of living crisis.
