Nishat anjum: Subject: Request for Release of Second List for PA (EPFO) 2024 to Ensure Full Vacancy Utilization Respected Sir/Madam, With due respect, we, the candidates of the Personal Assistant (EPFO) Recruitment 2024, would like to bring to your kind attention that although 323 vacancies were advertised, only around 1344 candidates (approximately 4 times the vacancies) were shortlisted for the Skill Test. As per general recruitment practices in other departments (including SSC and Ministries), usually 10–30 times the number of candidates are shortlisted for the skill test. However, due to the limited number of shortlisted candidates and the high typing speed requirement of 120 w.p.m., many posts have reportedly remained vacant after the final stage. We have learned that only 22 posts were filled, leaving more than 300 posts unfilled. In light of the above, we kindly request the Commission to consider releasing a second list of shortlisted candidates for the Skill Test. This will ensure that all available vacancies are filled, deserving candidates get fair opportunity, and the workforce requirement of EPFO is properly met.
