Module 1: Introduction to Forex Trading (Basics) 🎯 Goal: Is module ke end tak aap Forex market ka basic structure, terms aur working principle samajh jaoge. ⸻ 1. Forex Market Kya Hai? • Forex (Foreign Exchange) ek aisi global market hai jaha currencies ka exchange hota hai. • Is market ka main purpose hai: 1. International Trade & Business (Import-Export Payments) 2. Speculation & Trading (Profit ke liye) 📌 Example: • Aap India se USA gaye aur INR ko USD me convert kiya. • Ye real-life forex transaction hai. • Trading me, hum currency pairs ka price movement use karke profit banate hain. ⸻ 2. Currency Pairs Samajhna Forex market me hamesha ek currency dusre ke against trade hoti hai, jise currency pair kehte hain. Format: Base Currency / Quote Currency 📌 Example: • EUR/USD = 1.0850 • 1 Euro (Base) = 1.0850 US Dollar (Quote) Types of Currency Pairs: 1. Major Pairs → Hamesha USD hota hai (EUR/USD, GBP/USD) 2. Minor Pairs → USD nahi hota (EUR/GBP, GBP/JPY) 3. Exotic Pairs → Emerging market currencies (USD/INR, USD/TRY) ⸻ 3. Pips, Points & Lot Size Pip (Percentage in Point) • Forex market ka smallest movement hota hai. • Example: EUR/USD = 1.0850 → 1.0860 (10 pips up) Lot Size: • Forex me trade ka size lot me hota hai: 1. Standard Lot = 100,000 units 2. Mini Lot = 10,000 units 3. Micro Lot = 1,000 units Impact: Lot size jitna bada hoga, profit/loss utna hi zyada hoga. ⸻ 4. Bid, Ask & Spread • Bid Price: Broker aapse kharidega • Ask Price: Broker aapko bechega • Spread = Ask – Bid • Broker ka profit spread me hota hai 📌 Example: • EUR/USD Bid = 1.0850 • EUR/USD Ask = 1.0852 • Spread = 2 Pips ⸻ 5. Forex Market Timing & Sessions Forex market 24 hours, 5 days open hota hai. Major sessions: 1. Asian Session (Tokyo) – 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST 2. London Session – 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST 3.
