Couldn’t fathom where the world is headedNow, this. Gen Z couldn’t keep their “hands” off dictionaries. Pray to God that none of us will have to use any of these. #NewWords #Vocab

So, here is the thing: A lot of women out there who are naturally very thin, lanky, tall are coming on and promoting the idea that lifting weights does in fact make bulky. And that what you should be doing to look like them or to have that “feminine tone” is to do pilates, yoga, and a lot of walking and cardio. Maybe it's just we have different ideas on what counts as bulky but in order for you to bulk up, get extremely muscular, you have to dedicate years to strength training very intensely in the gym and you have to eat in a calorie surplus at times to build muscle. Let me be very clear: there is no difference between a feminine tone and just building muscle if you just want small frame leaner look that mainly comes down to calorie intake and i get heated on this topic because more and more there is research and evidence coming out about how good it is for you to lift heavy weights in the gym. It's gonna decrease your all-cause mortality. It's gonna increase your bone density as you get older. It is especially beneficial and no, I'm not talking about picking up five-pound dumbbells. Here is what i'll end off with. At the end of the day, it's most important that you find what works best for you. There is not a one-size fits all. Any exercise is better than no exercise but please for the love of god, stop believing that just strength training alone is gonna make you bulky.

Inattention among school students has become a significant challenge stemming from both intrinsic and extrinsic reasons. There are, however, a few ways to best enhance concentration levels in schools. Today’s generation is faced with the constant interference of outside distractions in studies more than ever. Such resulting distractibility is largely attributed to the invasive influence of technology, video games, and social media, which shortened students' attention span, especially after the prevalence of its short-form video content. Having been conditioned to expect instant gratification, many students often have difficulty sustaining steady and deep focus on intellectually demanding study materials. Consequently, this not only affects their immediate comprehension, but also leads to decreased motivation and feelings of overwhelm. Furthermore, lifestyle-related issues, like poor sleeping and eating habits, contribute significantly to young learners’ concentration problems. Many students struggle academically due to sleep deprivation and nutrient deficiencies which typically cause brain fog and difficulty maintaining focus. Unless addressed, their long-term academic performance suffers, potentially decreasing their chances of success. Fortunately, certain measures can help boost students' concentration. Given students' lack of maturity in self-management, active involvement from parents and community in creating a distraction-free classroom setting for a more focused and immersive learning environment is necessary. Collaboratively minimizing distractions helps students maintain their optimal alertness and sustained focus, therefore allow for greater overall comprehension and retention. Lastly, on teachers’ part, probably the best way to capture and retain students' attention is to make classes more engaging and interactive using diverse teaching methods. In classes where student participation and discussions are encouraged, the issue of focus becomes irrelevant. In conclusion, while countless distractions, poor nutritional and sleeping practices are leaving students with concentration problems, it is possible to foster a more focused learning environment through collaborative oversight and the use of more varied interactive classes. 300 words. #Essay #Writing
