Лідер ботнета, Юньхе Ван, керував мережею з 150 серверів по всьому світу, включаючи 76 в США. Він заразив шкідливим ПЗ понад 19 млн IP-адрес у 200 країнах, зокрема 614 000 у США. Використовуючи скомпрометовані комп'ютери, Ван і його спільники заробили близько $99 млн, продаючи доступ до цих IP-адрес. — 🔒 World's Largest Botnet 911 S5 Uncovered The U.S. Department of Justice and FBI, along with international partners, have successfully dismantled the world's largest botnet, 911 S5. Leader Yunhe Wang managed a network of 150 servers globally, including 76 in the U.S. He infected over 19 million IP addresses in 200 countries, including 614,000 in the U.S. Using compromised computers, Wang and his associates earned around $99 million by selling access to these IP addresses.

This incident highlighted the importance of ethical hacking in identifying and addressing vulnerabilities before malicious actors can exploit them.

Провайдер Регіонсеть, що обслуговує прикордонну Курську область було відключено другого липня завдяки нашої операції. Вони так завжди дивуються, що їх атакують, начебто не у РФ знаходяться, а десь на іншій планеті. А нас то за що? Ну і звісно всі ці наративи про атаки з натівських країн присутні. Хоча вони нам личать, бо не тільки наше славетне ЗСУ набирається передового досвіду на полі бою. Ми також накопичили унікальний досвід у кіберпросторі. В останній промові він підкреслив що IT ARMY of Ukraine невпинно працює на ниві дезінформації: "За допомогою цих IT-ресурсів в ефір виливаються потоки дезінформації та брехні щодо Росії та спеціальної військової операції." Ми не займаємось дезінформацією, ми займаємось кібератаками, ми робимо це краще всіх й будемо робити поки ваша хвора країна не відчепиться. Приєднуйтесь до IT ARMY! — Nebenzya still seems to be using ChatGPT 1.0 (was there such a version?) for generating speeches at the UN. In his latest speech, he emphasized that the IT ARMY of Ukraine is relentlessly working on spreading disinformation: "Through these IT resources, streams of disinformation and lies about Russia and the special military operation are being broadcast." Настав час демобілізувати нашого першого ветерана, db1000n. Це рішення більше не відповідає сучасним умовам анонімності та ефективності. "Голки" були одним з перших рішень IT ARMY, і ми дякуємо команді розробників за їхню працю. З 9го липня ми приберемо "голки" з IT ARMY Kit та ADSS. Перейдіть на інші, більш сучасні рішення, оскільки "голки" завершили свій цикл розвитку. Наші нові методи атак є закритими, щоб не надати ворогу подібних інструментів. -- It's time to decommission our first veteran, db1000n. This solution no longer meets current standards of anonymity and effectiveness. "Needles" was one of IT ARMY's first solutions, and we thank the development team for their work. From 9th July, we will remove "Needles" from the IT ARMY Kit and ADSS. Please switch to other, more modern solutions, as "Needles" has reached the end of its development cycle. Our new attack methods are closed to prevent the enemy from having similar tools.

Наступний в черзі пішов провайдер PG19 що працює в Таганрозі та Ростові-на-Дону. Пресслужба провайдера щиро повідомила, що в першу чергу вони відновили роботу критичних об'єктів та підприємств, не сумнівайтесь військових також. Це ще раз підтверджує важливість наших операцій проти інтернет-провайдерів. В нас буде ще багато звітів цього тижня. Світло-світлом, а дудос має бути за розписом!
