Important Steps for New Traders❤️
Step 1: Do not risk more than 1-2% on a single stock if you are swing trading.
Step 2: If your capital is just Rs.10,000; you must maximum risk Rs.100 on a single stock. I know that Rs.100 is very less and you can’t make huge profits from that. But, the first thing you need to understand is Risk Management.
Step 3: 40% of every swing levels will trigger Stop-loss; so it is your duty to protect your capital.
Step 4: Always keep in mind that; Swing Trading is not a place where you can make Crores from Rs.10,000. Here, your target should be 12 to 24% annually. Because, even if you generate 24% annually for next 5 years; you are making more returns than many of millionaires🌟
Step 5: Currently, bull market is going on. That is why, every one is making profits in swing trading. After this bull market stops for some time; all your stoplosses will trigger. So, it is crucial to have trailing stoplosses
