Before I upload the admissions materials, an important note: get under the tutelage of someone experienced in admissions process and got accepted into those highly selective universities. There are oceans of information out there, but you don't want to get pointed in the wrong direction. Put simply: as well as preparing for the admission yourself, do look for an experienced mentor. @akramsamijonov

MESSAGE TO MY STUDENTS ONLY Are you going abroad? That is the question I have been asked a lot. So am I? Yes, very soon inshaAllah. But not to America. Many reasons and things happened around that, but I want to keep it all under wraps. God willing, this decision will work best for me. Hope one day I will get a chance to head to the United States as well. Well, a bit of background. I learned a lot while preparing for the admissions for US colleges/universities. During my tenure at Marstiff where I worked for quite a while, I got the privilege to learn a lot from young brilliant and aspiring minds - both my colleagues and students. A special shout-out to my birodar Jamoliddin, a person with great talents (NYU Class'28) for his genuine assistance in college application. Entering the realm of SAT was a whole rewarding experience, by means of which I think I made great additions to my skillset. Let me cut to the chase. So I just want to tell all of my Everester, real achiever students: feel free to ask advice and guidance if you plan to study abroad, especially America. I will help you to the best of my knowledge. But be specific and don't ask questions that you can google. ✅ You might wanna first familiarize yourself with basics via Khan Academy Course on College Admissions (https://www.khanacademy.org/college-careers-more/college-admissions) ✅ videos of admitted students on YouTube ✅ pdf files below (I will upload them soon) A piece of general advice is don't focus only on IELTS/SAT if you want to get into top 50/100 unis. The test score alone is not enough. There is so much to work on to get accepted and win scholarships that you will have to deal with a lot of stuff like essays, extracurriculars, and rec letters to name a few. Yeah admit the reality - application for those highly selective universities is not a mere paperwork. It takes time and effort. Don't hesitate to ask questions. @akramsamijonov
