There is unusually high spikes and irrational premium behaviour which hurts both Option buyers and Sellers specially during CAS. Hello Everyone , Today was second expiry post the implementation of CAS rules, and thus we were monitoring the change in live market and one thing is clear that we are experiencing a completely new market regime this week. It is therefore advisable to be light on FNO. We ourselves are very cautious and we have paused the trading for Conservative portfolio to understand this new market regime. Please understand this is something that has nothing to do with Greeks in Options as in last 15 minutes the Price action is based on whims of operators. The premiums are naturally expanding alot and we need to observe how the market behaves in this transition phase. Our Moderate Portfolio is still performing since its based on positional strategies.
