بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم المنشور رقم(18) السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 😁✋       كيفكم إن شاء الله تكونو متحمسين🤩 لأنو الليلة حناخد أول موضوع في الجهاز التنفسي ألا وهو "Nose &Nasal Cavity  "👃      ● طيب أول componentفي الrespiratory system  و بقع لينا في الhead   هو الnose👃 🔶أرح نتعرف على الNose دا 🌚 ● أول معلومة عنو أنو بتكون لينا من إتنين واللي هم 1.external nose قاعدة لبرا 2.nasal cavity قاعدة جوا وبقسهم الnasal septum لنصين يمين وشمال 💢ملاحظة: الseptum دا  ما ندر أنو يكون موجود في النص تماما(median line ) وبكدا بكون في نص أكبر من التاني. ●أرح نشوف أقسام الnoseبالتفصيل 🔸️external nose ●ودا بكون متصل مع الforhead عن طريق الroot حقتو. ●وبنلقى فيهو two ellipictal orificesودي الفتحتين حقات الأنف البنشوفها من برا وإسمهم nostrils او nares. والأطراف الخارجية ليهم بنسميهم ala nasi وديلrounded  حركتهم سهلة شديد. ●يلا نحن ال external skeleton أو هيكل الخارجي  حق الnose بتكون من bones and cartilages. _أرح نشوف الnasal bones💀: frontal part of the maxillae& nasal part of the frontal bone يلا بعد العظام دي بتجينا الcartilagesعشان تكمل لينا شكل الnose 💢ملاحظة: الغالبية في الcartilages دي hyaline cartilages. وطبعا ما حننسى أنو الnasal septum بكون في الexternal nose ومعاها الnasal cavity 🫥  وهي برضو بتتكون من جزء bony وجزء cartilage _ أرح نشوف الmuscles الفيها💪😂 عندنا مثلا ال ▫️nasalis(compressor naris)ودي بتساعدك في تضيق الأنفس (زي لما تجي تعطس وتشفط هوا) ▫️dialator naris ودي البتزيد حجم فتحة الأنف ▫️levator labii superioris ودي بتساعدنا في تعابير الوجه 💢ملاحظة صغيييرة العضلات الإتذكرت دي كلها بحصل ليها innervation من CN رقم ٧ (العصب السابع) 🙊للحظة حسيت أننا رجعنا للمسكلواسكليتال تاني😂😂. 🪢بعد دا كلو أرح نشوف الblood supply of external nose : يلا الجلد حق الexternal nose بتغذي بالتفرعات الجاية من الopthalmic &maxillary arteries أما ناس الskin حق الala +الجزء السفلي من الseptum فديل بغذيهم الfasxial artery  ⚡️أما ال sensory innervation فيكونو كالتالي: عندنا infratrochlear &external nasal والهم بإعتبارهم تفرعات للopthalmic nerve فديل بغذو لينا الbridge &crest of the nose👃 وعندنا infraorbital branch of maxillary nerve ودا بغذي لينا the sid of the nose. نكمل في المنشور الجاي 😁✋ #Respiratory_system #summary_squeezer_team https://t.me/summarysquezer

Air is transported to the lungs through the conducting portion, which comprises the nose, nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, pharynx, larynx, trachea, and bronchi. As the air passes through these organs, it is filtered, humidified, and warmed by their mucous membranes. 🌹 Consists of a respiratory portion: the lungs, which contain the terminal air sacs, or alveoli, where exchange occurs between oxygen in the air and carbon dioxide in the blood with the aid of the diaphragm and thoracic cage. 🌹 Is concerned with speech, which involves the intermittent release of exhaled air and the opening and closing of the glottis.. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 عاوزة اديكم صوره عامه عن عمليه التنفس The passage of the air through the nose and mouth travel through the nasopharynx &oropharynx and larynx then to trachea. The air passes down the trachea which divides into 2 main bronchi these brunch to the left & right lung then subdivides to bronchiols until the alveoli are reach . بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم منشور رقم (16) السلام عليكم😁✋ الليلة حنتكلم عن واحد من الclinical notes واللي هو "Rotator cuff tendinitis"🔥 كونو يحصل لينا lesions للrotator cuff فدا سبب شائع للألم الفي الshoulder region.😣 و قصور أو failure of cuff بكون بسبب حاجتين واللي هم الwear and tear ويلا نتكلم عنهم أكتر 🧐 🔸️عندنا الwear ودي بكون عندها علاقة بالعمر 👨‍🦳 🔸️اما الtear فدا بكون عندو علاقة بالإجهاد أو الشغلل المتكرر ودا زي البنشوفو مع لاعبين البيسبول ⚾️ بالإضافة لأنو مرات بتظهر تلقائيا يعني ما محتاجة سبب ●عندنا عضلة الsupraspinatous دي بتكون أكتر العضلات شيوعا أنو يحصل ليها injure .🥹 أثناء عملية الabduction of the shoulder joint الوتر حق الsupraspinatous بكون معرض للإحتكاك مع الacromion واللفي في الطبيعي بتخففو لينا الbursa وعشان كدا أي تغيير بحصل ليها حيكون سبب في تغيير في الsupraspinatous(بسيطة 🙃) واللي ممكن يمتد للtendons of rotator cuff ودي حالة بنسميها ب"subacromial bursitis ,supraspinatus tendinitis or pericasulitis ودي بتتصف لينا بألم في المنطقة المتوسطة(من 50⁰_130⁰) لحركة الabduction😭 لما الحالة دي تتطور بتحتاج لتدخل جراحي سريع أما لو كانت بسيطة فبنكتفي بالanti inflammatory drugs وطبعا شوية exercise عشان العضلة ترجع زي ما كانت😃 وبسسس سلاام 😁✋

⭕Action : Adduction of the big toe ▪️C : Origin : arises from the base of the fifth metatarsal bone and the adjoining fibrous sheath of peroneus longus Insertion: the base of the proximal phalanx medial to the insertion of abductor digiti minimi. ⭕Nerve supply: By the superficial branch of the lateral plantar nerve ⭕Action: assist in flexing the little toe. 🔅fourth layer : . Interossei muscles عندنا فيها : A. Dorsal (DAB) 4 muscles B. Plantar( PAD ). 3 muscles ▪️A : Origin: from adjacent sides of metatarsals 1-5 Insertion: • Bases of proximal phalanges-first • medial side ofsecond toe • remainder:lateral sides of second,third, and fourth toes. • Also dorsal extensor expansion. ⭕ Action : بتعمل Abduction للأصابع 2 و 3 و 4 وflexion للInterphalangeal joint ▪️B : Origin: Arises from the bases and medial sides of metatarsals 3-5 Insertion: medial sides of bases of phalanges of 3rd-5th digits. ⭕Action : بعملو adduction للSecond toe ⭕Nerve supply طبعا النيرف سبلاي حقهم الاتنين وااااحد وهو lateral plantar nerve 💁‍♂️ وكدا نكون خلصنا الmuscles حقت ال foot 😁🔥🔥 #muscloskeletal_system #summary_squeezer_team https://t.me/summarysquezer

Extensor hillucis brevis طيب من اسماءهم الاكشن حقهم معروف 💁‍♂️ وهو Extension بس تاني كل واحدة بتعمل extension زي ما مكتوب ▪️الاولى بتعمل Extension للDigit ▪️التانية بتعمل Extension الأصبع الكبير 🔅Nerve supply : طيب بما إنهم قاعدين لينا في الجزو الAnterior من الFoot معناها الNerve supply بتاعهم حا يكون بالDeep peroneal nerve لانو قلنا انو بغذي الAnterior compartment حقت الLeg نسيتو؟؟😳 🔅Origin and insertion : • origin : A. Dorsal surface of calcaneus B. Dorsal surface of calcaneus • insertion: A. Tendons of extensor digitorum longus B. Base of proximal phalanx of big toe 💢طيب نجي نشوف الMuscles الفي منطقة الSole ⭕ وطبعا هم قاعدات لينا في اربعة طبقات • First • Second • Third • Fourth 🔅نمسك الFirst layer: ودي فيها 3 muscles اتنين منهم Abductors وواحدة Flexor A• Abductor hallicus B• Abductor digiti minimi C• Flexor digitorum brevis ▪️A : الorigin حقها من الmedial tubercleof the calcaneus الinsertion: the medial side of theproximal phalanx of the great toe. ⭕Nerve supply : Medial plantar nerve Action : ومن اسمها بتعمل Abduction للأصبع الكبير Great toe 🦶 ▪️B : Origin : medial and lateral tubercles of the calcaneus Insertion: lateral side of the proximal phalanx of the fifth toe and the tubercle of the fifth metatarsal bone. ⭕Nerve supply: Lateral plantar nerve وطبعا لأنها بتمشي للأصبع الصغير minimi القاعد اخر اصبع ومسفوه وماف زول شغال بيو عشان كدا بجيو الlateral plantar nerve 😂😂💔 ⭕Action : ومن اسمها بتعمل Abduction للأصبع المسفوه أقصد الsmall toe😂 ▪️C. Origin : medial tubercle of the calcaneus Insertion : the sides of the middle phalanx. ⭕Nerve supply: Medial plantar nerve ⭕Action : من اسمها flexor بتعمل لينا Flexion للDigit 🔅الSecond layer : ودي عندنا فيها 5 A • Quadratus plantae B • Lumbricals وديل عددهم 4 ▪️A Origin : • A large medial head from the medial surface of the calcaneus • small lateralhead which arises from the lateral tubercle of the calcaneus Insertion : tendon of flexor digitorum longus ⭕Nerve supply : lateral plantar nerve ⭕Action : plantarflexion • By pulling on the tendons of flexor digitorum longus, it provides a means of flexing the lateral four toes in any position of the ankle ⭕Nerve supply: Lateral plantar nerve ▪️B : Origin tendons of flexor digitorum longus Insertion: the extensor expansions. ودي باعتبارها جوانب الphalanx ⭕Nerve supply : • first lumbrical by medial plantar nerve • the other three lumbricals by lateral plantar nerve يعني اول واحدة بالmedial لكن ال٣ الباقيات لانهم بكونو في الlataerl side عشان كدا بنقول lateral plantar nerve.. ⭕Action : بتعمل Extension للinterphalangeal joint لمن يكون حاصل flexion للDigit 🔅Third layer : وعشان هي التالتة عندنا فيها 3 😁 A. Flexor hallucis brevis B. Adductor hallucis C. Flexor digitiminimi brevis اتنين منهم للBig toe وديل ياهم Flexor and adductor الأخيرة ديك براها ومسكينة وكيف ما تكون مسكينة وهي حقت الminimi 😂 ▪️A : Origin : arises from the under surface of the cuboid bone the cuneiforms and insertion of tibialis posterior. Insertion : medial and lateral sides of the base of proximal phalanx of the great toe. ⭕Nerve supply: medial plantar nerve. ⭕Action : flex the proximal phalanx of the big toe ومن اسمها كمان الاكشن ساهل😁💁‍♂️ ▪️B : ودي عندها وجهين Two head Obligate _ transverse Origin : • obligate : arises from the long plantar ligament, bases of the second, third and fourth metatarsal bones • transverse: it arises from the deep transverse ligament and from the under surfaces of the lateral four metatarsophalangeal joints. Insertion : with the flexor hallucis brevis, into the lateral side of the base of the proximal phalanx of the big toe. كلهم في النهاية بتلاقو في الاصبع الكبير ⭕Nerve supply: deep branch of the lateralplantar nerve

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم منشور رقم(15) السلام عليكم 😁✋ المضغوطين كيفكم😂🤝 الليلة ان شاء الله حا نتكلم عن الFoot anatomy لازم نعرف فيو 🔅Bones 🔅Muscles 🔅 nerve supply 💢نمسك الBones أول.. بنقسم الFoot لي 3 مناطق اللي هم Ankle Sole Toe العظام البتكون قاعدة لينا في منطقة الankle اسمهم Tarsal bone وعددهم 7 هم • talus • calcinum ( The biggest one) • cuboid • navicular • 3 cuniform ( medial _ intermediate _ lateral) عندنا في منطقة الsole الmeta tarsal bone وديل عددهم 5 بنرقمهم من الlateral للmedial بدءاً من الاصبع الصغير little finger لحدي الbig toe الاصبع الكبير. وعندنا في منطقة الtoe الphalanges وبي نففففففس التقسيمة حقت اليد عندنا الاصبع الكبير فيو proximal و distal phalanges أما باقي الاصابع عندنا فيهم proximal _ middle _ distal phalanges طيب نجي نشوف الjoint : عندنا الankle joint : ودا بوصل لينا الdistal tebia والfebula مع الtalus ⭕وطبعا نوعو synovial hing joint الligament البنلقاها فيو هم : • medil ligamnt دا باعتبارو strong ligament وبكون متصل لينا بين الmedial malleulas والmedial surface of the body of the talus وطبعا اسمو التاني Deltoid ligament وطبعا اسمو deltoid لانو بشبه لينا المثلث وعامل زي الدلتويد مصلس😂 وتاني عندنا 3 ligament هم • Anterior talofebular ligament ودا بجي من ال lateral malleulas لحدي الlateral surface of the talus • calcenunavicular ligament ودا بجي بالlateral malleulas وينزل لي تحت لحدي الlateral surfaces of the calcinum. • posterior tebiotalur ligament بجي من الlateral malulleus لحدي الposterior tubercle of the talus وال3 ligaments الاخيرات ديل كلهم بجونا من ligament اسمو lateral ligament عشان كدا كلهم بطلعو لينا من الlateral malleulas. 😃 الmove ment حقت المفصل دا ⭕Dorsi flexion _ plantar flexion _ inversion _ eversion. 🔅طيب تاني عندنا tarsal joint وبنلقى فيو انو العظام حقت الtarsal كلها بتكون متصلة مع بعض فحا يكون عندنا كم joint فيها • subtalar joint • talocalcenonavicular joint. • calcenocuboid joint وديل بنسميهم mid tarsal joint او transverse joint ⭕الmovement : _ inversion _ eversion تاني عندنا •Cunenavicular joint • cuboidenavicular joint • inter cuniform and cunicuboid joints ديل كلهم تابعين للtarsal joint وطبعا من اسماءهم كلهم بتعرف اي عضمة متصلة مع جارتها او المقابلة ليها 🌚🔥 تاني عندنا • Tarsometatarsal joint وديل عبارة عن اتصال نهاية الtarsal bone مع الbases حقت الmeta tarsal bones • metatarsophalngeal joint وديل بين الmetatarsal bones والphalanges • interphalangeal joint. وديل بكونو لينا بين الproximal phalanges والdistal phalanges. وكدا خلصنا الjoint of the foot 🔥 بس نلخصهم سريع كدا • ankle joint • tarsal joint : • subtalar joint • talocalcenonavicular joint. • calcenocuboid joint •Cunenavicular joint • cuboidenavicular joint • inter cuniform and cunicuboid joints •tarsometatarsal joint • metatarsophalngeal joint • interphalangeal joint عندنا حاجة كدا اخييييرة كدا لازم نعرفها عن الfoot اسمها الfoot arches ودي عبارة عن تقوسات بنلقاها في الfoot عندها كم وظيفة زي انها تمتص الصدمات اثناء الففز وتوزع الوزن بي صورة متساوية على الرجل يعني بتحفظ التوازن حقك وبتحمي ليك الsuperfacial vessles and neves عشان ما تضغط عليهم شديييييد طيب نعرف الarches دي شنو🤷‍♂️ 🔅medial longitudinal arcg 🔅 lateral longitudinal arch 🔅 transverse arch نمسك الmedial : طبعا العظام البتكونو هي : • calcinum • talus • navicular • 3 cuniform • first 3 metatarsal يعني لمن تعاين للfoot medially حا تلقى العظام دي مخلية ليك شكل الfoot مقوس يعني حا تلقى الplantar sufrace حق الfoot ما متلصق مع الأرض...بكون زي الطالع بي فوق شوية من الارض عامل شكل قوس زي الخايف يهبش الارض😂😂 وطبعا الmedial arch دا باعتبارو كبيييير لانو اغلب الbones حقت الfoot داخلة في تكوينو وفي حاجة اسمها الkey stone ودي اكتر عظمة ممكن تشوفها في الشكل دا وهي الtalus ⭕ أما الlateral : بضم لينا • calcinum • cuboied • forth and fifth metatarsal ودا طبعا باعتبارو اصغر من الmedial لانو العظام الموجودة فيو بسيطة لمن تعاين للfoot lateraly حا تلقى الkey stone هي الcuboid
