Lots of ear ringing (downloads of information), feeling of electricity running through you.  • Emotional: Heightened sensitivity, mood swings, anxiety, bursts of joy or peace, or a sense of emotional purging (e.g., crying without clear reason).  • Mental: Brain fog, difficulty concentrating, vivid dreams, or sudden clarity and insight into life situations.  • Spiritual: Increased intuition, a sense of connection to something greater, shifts in perception of time, or feeling "detached" from mundane concerns. Eg your job, or boring conversations, even the TV!  These symptoms are simply the body and mind adjusting to a higher frequency and/or shedding old patterns. Eg old karmic relationships, old ego patterns and belief systems that are often deeply programmed in to us.   Skeptics, however, often attribute them to stress, psychological shifts, or physiological changes unrelated to any spiritual process—such as diet, hormones, or lack of sleep. As we always say, speak to a very third dimensional person, you'll get a third dimensional answer.....
