We are pleased to share information about the Microsoft Summer Internship & Training Program, a structured online learning and project-based program intended to help students strengthen their technical knowledge, develop practical skills, and prepare for future career opportunities.
The program combines live instructor-led training, practical assignments, project development, mentorship, and career preparation to provide students with a structured learning experience.

Duration: 2–3 Months
Mode: Online
Format: Live Training + Practical Learning + Projects + Career Preparation
Learning & Development Journey
Phase 1 – Foundation & Skill Development
Live online sessions with experienced trainers
4–5 interactive sessions per week
Practical exercises and assignments
Domain-focused learning
Doubt-clearing and mentor support
Access to relevant learning resources through the LMS
Phase 2 – Project-Based Learning
Students will have opportunities to apply their learning through:
Individual Minor Project
Group Major Project
Practical implementation of concepts
Case studies and problem-solving activities
Project reviews and mentor feedback
Phase 3 – Career Preparation
The program also includes career-oriented activities such as:
Resume and professional profile development
Mock interview preparation
Communication and soft-skill sessions
Project presentation guidance
