Our client is a Restaurant and Catering Services Company in Ikeja, Lagos. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring the company's presence across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering regular reports to management.
Creating captivating content for all social media platforms, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content.
Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to the brand
Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts.
Key Requirements:
2 years previous experience working with various social media platforms.
Great communication skills.
The ability to think strategically and creatively.
A sound understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and keyword search.

Key Requirements:

Ability to see through objections and provide plausible counter arguments
Team player and leader.
Ability to take ownership of the role and work with minimum supervision.
Must be keen to innovate and be successful at formulating and implementing strategies and plans.

Ability to multitask.
Ability to keep confidentiality in respect of all matters handled.
