Hello everyone good morning. So I just finished reading the book “Rich dad poor dad” for the second time and I learned one two new things. But here’s the 7 lessons that stood out for me from the book: 1. The Rich Have Money Work For Them: The poor and middle class work to pay bills and buy luxuries, controlled by fear and greed. The rich focus on businesses, continuous learning, and don't let emotions dictate their lives. 2. It's Not How Much Money You Make, It's How Much You Keep. Saving and investing your money is an important way to build wealth. Money reflects your financial mindset. Know accounting and the asset-liability difference. Invest in assets..Assets put money in your pocket (e.g., businesses, real estate, stocks). Liabilities take money out (e.g., loans, cards). 3. Focus on your asset column not your income statement. You need to have your own business which revolves around the asset column not your income column. More money only brings more problems, learn cash management instead. Rich people buy luxuries last, only the poor buy luxuries to look rich. Acquire assets that you love, if you don't love it, you won't take care of it. 4. The Rich Are Not Taxed The rich use corporations to reduce tax risk. A corporation is legal paperwork. It requires financial IQ in accounting, investing, markets, and laws. 5. It's Not The Smart Who Get Ahead But The Broad Self-doubt hinders you . A trained mind can create wealth. Embrace risks and learn to manage them. Investor skills: spot opportunities, raise funds, assemble a smart team. Choose your advisors carefully. 6. Work To Learn, Don't Work For Money Prioritize learning over earning in your job. Acquire skills relevant to your profession. One skill can lead to wealth. Develop management, communication, sales, and marketing skills. We are in the digital era where making money has become so easy.. what skill do you have that you can monetize? Use it. 7. Choose Heroes Heroes and mentors make things look easy. Learning by pretending like a child. Copying heroes is powerful. Emulate successful people like Warren Buffett. I encourage everyone to read finance books and listen to financial podcasts. It’ll change your mindset and equip you with knowledge. I’m always here to answer your questions. Have a great day y’all.
